The fees to come from them to here in the US was outrageous and the brake caliper didn’t even come with all the pieces so I had to spend more money to even mount it.

Very good product and extremely fast shipping. Really commendable, ordered on Friday and received my order in perfect quality on Monday, although it came to Germany from the Netherlands.

There are lots of positive reviews but my experience lately has been less than positive. Recent orders were sent but any issues with returns or damaged items are difficult to resolve due to lack of response from the company.

I have asked about getting a replacement camshaft as one of two that I bought was damaged without this being stated on their description. They have a replacement that would suit but they have not replied to my emails. This is poor even though they offered me partial refund but I don't need a refund just suitable replacement camshaft for the engine.

I am trying to resolve this through PayPal and hopefully get a replacement or refund as this is a disappointing experience from such a highly rated company.

Unfortunately I won't be buying from here again.

I needed a part for my Vespa. They had what I needed at a reasonable price. Delivery was fast and fairly easy. The part looks brand new. It would take an expert to know that it isn’t.

I ordered the item from Baboon in the Netherlands for a part for my 30 year old Ninja. It was a pretty obscure part number. I ordered on our Friday night and it arrived the next Tuesday... I am in Australia!

Horrible company! I have placed about 7 orders in the past 18 months, but never again. Why? Because twice they have taken my order and my money only to inform me days later that they don't have the parts. What kind of terrible computer system do they have that can't keep track of inventory? This wastes my time and energy.

Another order was delivered with 2 of the 3 new chrome parts being defective, with lousy chrome plating. Additionally, their staff is so incompetent that they often can't understand or respond properly to simple communications. I don't know how they stay in business with such lousy practices, products, and service.

The parts I ordered were what were promised, packaged carefully and the express delivery was worth it because it was very fast. I am very impressed.

They have the part I need to a reasonable price. The shipment was very fast (had the part the day after ordering). This comes with a price so maybe an approvement could be that you have more options for shipment so you could choose a cheaper one if you do not need the part so quickly
