Took car in for some minor dents and scratches to be removed. Excellent friendly and efficient service right from the start. The receptionist explained everything in detail and kept me fully informed though the process, the technician inspected the car, explained what work was needed to rectify the issues and a detailed quote was sent promptly. The work was done on time and to a very high standard. You cannot tell it has been repaired which is the proof of a fantastic job. I totally recommend this company

Mark and Stacey were both really helpful and kept me informed throughout the repair process. The chip guard is a fantastic product and has resisted any damage from stone chips and it has been applied for nearly six months. The ceramic coating has made cleaning so much easier and keeps my car looking showroom after every wash. I would really recommend AX Welwyn for any bodywork as the customer service I received was second to none!

Took my car to AX Welwyn for some PDR. They were really friendly and helpful. Did an excellent job, good price and done in a few hours.

AX Welwyn repaired a couple of bumper dents and then applied first stage Feynlab ceramic coating to my BMW. The car looks fantastic. Rain runs straight off and is really shiny. Mark and Stacey are great communicators and provide a great service. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the repair to a ding in the door accidentally made by a friend who offered to pay for it. He is happy too - good price and efficient. Very friendly attitude from all staff - well done.

Top quality work, excellent communication throughout.

Standard of repair is excellent, I can't tell it's a repair! No signs of the work at all, no overspray, no left over masking tape etc.
The experience was also very easy with excellent communication throughout, from the initial estimate through to the work and follow up, a very organised business.
The quote was at the top end of competitive - but in context of the excellent work, very good value.

Excellent service and workmanship once again. Dealing with Stacey and Mark was an absolute pleasure, quality of work outstanding and completed on time as agreed. After sales service also top notch as I had a few questions regarding the work that again Stacey and Mark helped me out with. Also some damage that could not be identified until the bumper was removed was completed without waiting for the insurance company to agree as they take care of all the communications direct with them. And a lifetime guarantee what else could you ask for!!
