Took my Jaguar in after someone scuffed and dented the rear door
Scuffs were buffed out and dings removed foor a great price. Car was even cleaned inside and out

I had my car repaired by Mark and his team at AX on the recommendation of my son who has used their services before. I'm SO happy with the result ! it's like having a new car again and the paint work is perfectly done😍. Thank you so very much. I'd also add my whole car was absolutely gleaming when I collected it and it was very very dirty inside and out when it went in to AX! They certainly have every right to be known as the best bodyshop in Herts.

My car was scraped by an unknown person in a supermarket carpark :(
All the staff at AX Welwyn are knowledgeable and helpful, I had very little to do to process an insurance claim, AX did almost all of it for me. The repair was carried out on the days agreed, the work is excellent, you'd never know it had been damaged by a thoughtless person. As an older female, not really used to dealing with all things auto related I can highly recommend AX Welwyn

The boot lid of our car was damaged when we reversed into a skip. Having used AX Welwyn before, we took the car there without hesitation and they did a great job repairing the damage, plus fixing some minor scrapes to the front bumper. The work was finished well ahead of schedule, and we were treated courteously and efficiently. Workshop opening times are very covenient (they open at 7:30 am) and we are happy to recommend their work and their attitude.

Mark & his team have done another excellent job on our focus st-line this is the second job they’ve done for me & it’s the same high standard they promise from start to finish why go any where else thank you so much guys keep up the excellent work

AX Welwyn is thoroughly professional and has the users interest at heart. Small details like asking me to wait for few more hours before picking the vehicle up so that the compound can settle before the weather forecast for rain is the kind of service which discerning owners appreciate. Also Stacey at the reception is very responsive and a great link between the customer and the artisans.

AX replaced damaged door pillar trim on my Renault Clio Sport Tourer. First class service... repair completed promptly and perfectly. Even cleaned the car bodywork before collection, so the vehicle looked as good as new. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended

I had a spray applied protection film applied to a new Alpine. Renault St Albans recommended the treatment at AX Welwyn who have done a fantastic job and put their customers first. Excellent service received again at AX Welwyn, this was the third time I have used them, this time to repair some accident damage to both passenger side doors on my car. They dealt with the insurance company throughout, undertook the repair of the car faultlessly and returned it to me looking fantastic. Cannot rate them highly enough.

I had a mishap with a bike rack and damaged the roof and door of my new car. The guys at AX felt my pain and gave me a reasonable quote! work was done and finished a day earlier than advised and they gave the car a full valet!! brilliant service highly recommend!

Mark performed a fantastic job, used him before for minor swirl removal on paint but this time it was the complete car. A complete machine polish and then top class Ceramic paint protection. Wow what a difference, well worth the cost and the difference it takes in maintaining the car afterwards is just incredible, cut the car washing down and alway sparkles. Weather your car is the every day hack or your pride and joy it worth having done. Performed to perfection with ultimate pride I can not recommend them highly enough. Excellent customer service from a very friendly and pleasant team, the work on my Hyundai was carried out quickly and without any hassle, done to an excellent standard and Stacey kept me updated all the way though. Could not recommend them highly enough, I would definitely use them again!
