The only thing I was disappointed at is actually the weight of the sneakers — they’re heavy and I’m afraid they might turn out not too comfortable in the end. But let’s see. Materials wise, they look high quality. The packaging was also really high end.

I'm happy with my new sneakers. I looked for something basic but not boring and also a good quality. So quality is really nice, they are soft and comfortable. Design not boring for sure )) just in love with birds on my sneakers.

Horrrible experience, I would never shop here. I bought a sweater for my brother from here, the duties to Canada were $300 and I did not get any help from Axel when UPS was holding my item.

I genuinely regret not reading the reviews before placing my order.
I ordered a pair of shoes on February 1st. They were dispatched on February 2nd and were expected to be delivered on February 3rd. As of today, I still have not received them.
Parcelforce has provided no updates — my parcel appears to be stuck in a North London warehouse with no movement or explanation. Axel Arigato initially tried to assist, but they have not been able to resolve the issue. I’ve now been informed that an investigation has been opened, which could take up to 20 business days to complete.
So essentially, I have paid for an item that I have not received, and it may take nearly a month just to understand what happened. This is simply unacceptable.
I requested a refund via email and my request was ignored. I followed up again and still have not received any response. At the very least, I would expect a replacement pair to be sent, but that does not seem to be happening either.
In my view, it is Axel Arigato’s responsibility to resolve this. I ordered and paid for a product that I never received. It should not be the customer’s burden to wait an unreasonable amount of time or chase courier investigations.
I expect this to be handled properly. Otherwise, this will be the last time I ever purchase from them.

Rigid Processes and Poor Customer Experience
I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent order and the customer service I received. After placing an order, I immediately realised I had omitted my house number from the delivery address. I contacted Axel Arigato before the order was dispatched and while the warehouse was closed, requesting a simple address amendment or cancellation.
I was repeatedly told that neither an amendment nor a cancellation was possible due to "system restrictions," and that the order had to be shipped out to an incomplete address. This rigid, inflexible approach places the burden of internal process limitations entirely on the customer, forcing a situation that is guaranteed to result in a failed delivery, unnecessary returns, and avoidable handling costs for all parties.

To clarify, we did check your request at the time you contacted us. Unfortunately, due to system and warehouse processing restrictions, we’re not always able to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed and queued for fulfilment, even if the warehouse is closed. This isn’t a matter of unwillingness, but a technical limitation in the order flow. For completeness, we would also prefer to cancel or amend orders in cases like this for both your and our convenience, but it is currently simply not possible as we have explained in our messages to you.
We understand this can be frustrating, and we appreciate the feedback as it highlights an area we’re working to improve.
