It takes some time for payments to…

It takes some time for payments to clear, depending on the advertiser. However, the payments do reach you eventually and the tracking is instant.

I am totally not recommending this…

I am totally not recommending this platform, it seemed to be so professional but I am facing a problem getting my commissions every payment cycle, and the compliance team is totally not professional and responds every 2 working weeks or something and is not giving us any clear answers, and they seem to not understand how delaying payments affects all the work that is being planned for.
So again totally not recommending it.

Awin will take your money and then…

Awin will take your money and then disappear. We saw very little traffic attributable to Awin and no conversions over the course of several months.

When we raised concern about the lack of conversions, we simply received no response from the Client Services team.

When we finally escalated the issue, no one from their Client Services leadership took any effort to resolve our concerns or apologize for the lack of response. Instead, we were met with references to legal agreements — because clearly this isn't the first time they've had issues with new customers.

Account blocked without any reason.

I have 2 publisher account in same email one of blocked due to copy data but we have blocked access to another account... Why? You have pointed out the issue that your website have copy data.Thank you very much for letting us know about this problem.I would like to inform you that our team was on Christmas vacation Due to which we are not doing proper updating You can now reconfirm that we have deleted that copy data.For which we apologize from the bottom of our hearts and give full assurance that no such mistake will be made in the future.We also hope for your cooperation that you will understand our point and unlock our accounts as soon as possible.

I was looking at a company I wanted to join and it said free of charge to join but when you get to the last bit its chargers you £1 everytime I have to use the affiliate program on awin

Awin charged 1 EUR for identity…

Awin charged 1 EUR for identity verification during signup and instead of reverting the charge like any other normal service, they put it in the account balance.
Turns out I can't use their service at all. Only found out about this after being approved and required by German law to publish my home address and phone /email to the whole internet.
I asked them to close my account and REFUND the card charge.
They closed my account and no mention about the refund.

Their website is so much complicated than it must be. Publisher hell such a shame I didn't read reviews here first.

Dreadful affiliate site for publishers

Dreadful affiliate site for publishers. Support is none existant, sales continually cancelled meaning no commission. We had sales over £10000 meaning around £100 commision all of which were cancelled.

When you contact support the only thing you get back is a link to a survey asking how well they did.

We have now removed all Awin links from our websites

AWIN is a scam

AWIN is a scam. They charged me $900 and I got nothing at all. The customer service was a joke. The software has issues which were not disclosed and now they will not refund me. I will file a formal complaint.

Awin shut down account without notification

Awin shut down my account right on the payment date, i still got thound pounds approved but unpaid.
It's NOT the WORST part!!!
The WORST part is that Awin shut down the account without any notification in advance. I checked all my mailbox inculding junkmails. There is no notify mail or invesitage mail at all. I receieved mails from Awin smoothly the day before the payment date(14th). No mails missing. But they just shut down the unpaid account on 15th with no reason or explaination. So disappointed!!!
As a big affiliate Network, Awin is LOSING TRUST of affiliate publishers like us.

P.S This happened on September 15th. I worked with a lot affiliate network and have a lot accounts, so i just checked this accout and found out this bad thing ,so to comment here.

Payment issue With Awin

I am Affiliate partner with Awin. I make £2178 & £1082 is approved and cleared. I wait for 3 month that Awin pay us but As always Awin Gives me new date when the date of pay, I contact to Support team but no response yet. I am Very Disappointed.

Awin still owes us a deposit of £600

Awin still owes us a deposit of £600! We worked with them for a while, have now ended it with intent to work in later years as we're still a growing company. And now we can't get our deposit back! We are contacting trading standards about this because they kept passing emails around and have stopped replying altogether now.

Paid them 5$ as signup fee around 4…

Paid them 5$ as signup fee around 4 years back. Edx is the program that I promoted a lot but still 0 commission till now. Sometimes I doubt if this is a bot software. Impact Radius is far better in terms of reporting, interface, and support. Even their own sister company ShareASale is better. Why do not Awin merges itself to ShareASale instead of making life a hell for affiliate marketing publishers.

The Worst Platform I Have Ever Used - Do Not Use

Genuinely one of the worst platforms I have ever used. Their teams are completely lost. Trying to get in contact with them is near impossible, when you do get in contact with them it takes about 5x the emails it should to get things sorted. There are hidden fees that are placed deep in the contract. The platform UI/UX is trash. 80% of the affiliates on the site are garbage review and coupon sites. Seriously, I have never used a worse platform.

A slice of toast has better Customer Service skills!

Phoned AWIN as an agency over a week ago. Girl who answered didn't even give her name and was very vacant and really of little use. She did nevertheless email me after as she said she would and copied in her colleague, Jess, who would contact me the next day (Jess deals with agencies apparantly but seems to struggle with communication).

5 days later, and still nothing from Jess, I emailed her and later that evening, she offered to arrange a call for early part of the following week - a full week after I first called.

Nevertheless, I agreed and scheduled the call in my diary. Guess what...no call. Complete waste of my time with a company that is seemingly run my children with zero customer skills. We'll take our £100k budget elsewhere.

Avoid this platform

Avoid this platform.

Signed up for the advertiser account which was a long and painful process. After signing up over 200 publishers (very few content creatures) and testing for 6 months we decided the platform wasn't for us. We informed awin we wanted to cancel, paid the first invoice after we gave this notice.

After responding to numerous emails and confirming that we are cancelling they went quiet. Over a full month later from our final invoice and our account be closed for over a month they have sent us a further invoice asking for an additional month payment.

After sending three emails to there team to get clarity they have informed me that because it to them over a month to close the account I have to pay them for their delay. Shambolic customer service

Use at your own risk

Within 24hrs of paying the £1.00 deposit fee to join this site, my payment card was compromised and several fraudulent transactions were attempted or carried out in the area of London including mobile phone top ups, railway tickets and deliveroo. My card issuer advised me of the strong possibility that my card was compromised following making this £1.00 payment. Use at your own risk.

Worst Affiliate Network For Affiliates AWIN Review

One of the worst and horrible affiliate networks in the world, dont trust them at all. My oldest account like 7 years old got shut down by them. They are the worst and I personally meet their account managers at Affiliate Summit event and they are careless and don't care for the affiliates at all. I will say avoid this affiliate company at all. I am experienced affiliate marketer 10+ years and SAS was the first account that got shut down in my career of 10 years. I gave them all valid data to open my account but they shut down and dont care to reply. Guys dont trust this company I am warning and I can prove it. They can eat your commissions anytime.
