Great Service. Easy to take care of issue and no pressure!

The Lady that helped me, was above and beyond helpful.
Me and my spouse are not computer guru's so having somebody to help us thru the process of getting a replacement device was the best.
Thanks again I wish I had written down her name because my memory at this age is bad. I hope she gets this review.

Jackelyn’s follow through with the replacement unit through email and on the phone was excellent.
Everyone made me feel comfortable with getting a replacement and I am excited and look forward to receiving it.

Yael was very helpful in guiding me in the steps in submitting information on how to replace my defective device. She was also very professional, patient and kind. It was a pleasant experience interacting with her.

The process was a bit slow at first, but once it got going and I realized the email wasn't spam, it went smoothly and quickly! Jackelyn S was kind, patient, and made the process of replacement much easier than I had anticipated. Excellent customer service!

I am a physician who is taking care of someone who suffered burns on her eyelids and on the sclera (white) of both eyes after using this device two times. It appears to me that the output is not well focused and needs to be better modulated, and should not be used anywhere near the eyes.

A scam company. The laser is fake. Their marketing is false. I was ripped off $4000! Don't do it.

This is a wonderful wonderful product, I am using it for aging skin and for joint pain as well.
My unit did have a problem with the digital screen, then stopped working completely. I commend Avologi on their customer service and their lifetime warranty which they stand behind. They did a replacement with a new unit and I am over the moon excited to have it again. Thank you Avologi! Nice to have a company who believes in their product and takes care of their customers. 💞

I found the Avologi support to be very efficient. They were prompt, thorough and very helpful. When my wand stopped working they sent me a replacement, true to their word. I’m very happy with me Avologi experience.

Quite easy to arrange for replacement of Avologi laser that unfortunately stopped working after using for 2 years! Yael was easy to deal with, very pleasant and easy to understand what I had to do to receive my replacement!
Exceptional service, very grateful, now just waiting for delivery of my new laser.

Friendly and easy to work with

I purchased this product and it did nothing. When I tried to get my money back, they told me that first of all I had to produce receipts and videos to prove it was ineffective. Then I followed up with a phone call and that’s when they told me I needed to pay an extra $200 to possibly replace it. They would not even guarantee that they would replace it for that price. They told me I had to repackage it to return it, that I couldn’t even use the original package it came in. In addition, I had to pay for return shipping in addition to the $200 that had to be included with it.
I don’t recommend buying this product unless you have lots of money to put toward nothing.

Customer service is A+. I have contacted this company on several occasions with concerns and questions. They have been helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. It has been a pleasure to deal with them.
