The process was a bit tedious, but once all the items were ticked off, it went pretty smoothly. I had a problem in that I got called out of town for two weeks and dropped the ball.
When I returned I requested the case be reopened and the process went smoothly from there.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Yael in Cystomer Service and she was lovely. Pleasant and helpful as all customer service should be, but sometimes isn’t.
She gets 5 stars from me!

What i noticed most is overall skin quality.my skin looks more even and healthier ,and fine lines are now. it's gradual change but definitely visible.

Jacqueline was wonderful to work with! She advised how to submit a claim for my defective ENEO TOTALE device and even called me after I submitted the required information to keep me posted on the status. She was very friendly and I would look forward to speaking to her again if I have any needs in the future. Thank you Jacqueline for all of your help!

My concerns were met with clear instructions for evaluating the issue and then prompt response for a replacement device. The reps were polite and helpful.

You do see an immediate effect after using it (skin looks tighter and more refreshed) but the bigger change is after a few weeks.

Unfortunately after over 2 1/2 years of using my device, Eneo Totale was no longer working. The team at Avologi Scientific were fantastic to honor my warranty and guide me through the process of having a new one sent to me without the hassle of needing to send the old one back to them.

Have now received my new replacement device, and am very grateful. Thank you!!

Rude customer service

After a few weeks of consistent use, my skin looks firmer and more even. Subtle at first, but noticeable over time.

I find the products work well. Skin in softer and lines are less visible. I have just purchased the laser and will see what that does for me. The staff and owner at Coquitlam are always great. There is no pressure to purchase items or product. I am very pleased with this company. I have been going to the spa for facials for 7 months.

Avologi is being sold by predatory “skincare” companies to tourists in Mexico. Specifically, there is a shop in Cancun airport Terminal 3 currently called Eden, but the name constantly changes. People, usually vulnerable older women, are being charged tens of thousands of dollars for these products. I believe Avologi is complicit if not in on the scam. You can read more about it online.

Me and my spouse are not computer guru's so having somebody to help us thru the process of getting a replacement device was the best.
