Worst customer service and clothing quality ever. They disappear mid convo and make every excuse about why their products suck. Never ever again. Buyer beware.

I own three hoodies, and I'm really frustrated by the excessive pilling that has developed. Given that the cost for each reaches nearly $200 after tax, this issue severely compromises the product's quality! Not only does it detract from the overall appearance, but it also gives off a cheap look that harms the brand's image and marketing efforts. Investing in better materials - 100% cotton or a higher ratio of quality cotton would elevate the product and align it with the brand's promise of quality. The quality has nosedived since I began buying their products.

I applied for a job here, and everything was going great. The store manager said he would reach out in a few days about the second interview, which I saw as a good sign. A few days go by, and I assume he is just busy. Then it's been a week, so I decided to email him back and just ask for an update about when my next interview would be. He doesn't reply for a few more days, so I email again. It has now been 3 weeks since my interview, which I thought went great. He replied today, saying sorry, but I wasn't chosen for the job. He didn't provide a reason, say they weren't hiring anymore, or apologize for the delay in letting me know. I'm not mad I didn't get the job, but I am aggravated that he not only led me on, and that he took up a month of my time I could've spent looking for other jobs. Super frustrating interaction with poor communication.

I loved going to the store and getting the neon purple hoodie and neon purple shirt. I went to the one in Mill Valley and had the best time. It was so much fun trying everything on and being in one of their stores for the first time!!

Ok, so I have mixed feelings about this brand. On one hand I absolutely LOVE the look of their line. I own several pieces. On the other hand I think the overall quality is kind of lousy. I have a few items that have really stood up, a couple pair of sweats and a couple zip up hoodies. I also have a few items that are falling apart after a few wears. Major pilling and hoodie pouch coming unstitched. I have one of their jackets and it’s amazing and so warm. I think overall it’s extremely overpriced for what it is. The jackets are definitely good quality, but the sweats and sweatshirts don’t really last. It’s definitely a luxury brand with a very cool vibe, just wish the quality matched the price tag.

POOR QUALITY CLOTHING!! Don't do what I did and be deceived by their marketing-they are literally charging customers $250 for sweatpants that is the worst sweatpants I have ever had-I bought clothung from Pakistan that lasted me longer!!
First; the pants "droops down" from behind, making it look like your body is sagging. Second, there is sooo much Linen shedding from the pants-whyy?
Third, after just ONE wash, I have holes in them because of the poor, cheap quality of the materials.

Seriously, I have bought a pajama from China that lasted me longer. Shame on these people for scamming consumers with ridiculous profiteering prices over cheap crap.

One star is one star too many!!

I ordered sweat pants and when they arrived they had clearly been tried on and returned then sent to me. No tags. Horrendous customer service as it took Weeks to get a response! They hoped I’d forgotten. Do not buy from this place save the money trust me!!!!

I’m a regular customer and love their clothes. I had to do some exchanges and received great help. George and Ariana were kind and patient with me to learn the process of the returns. If you’re respectful you will receive that in return. One person was right, their product is loungewear, to be comfy and look good in. Not for icy cold weather.

Worst customer service on the planet high end brand and yet they won't stand by their product. The zipper fell of my sweatshirt that I got for Christmas and they would not replace it fix it without a receipt. We have bought a ton of their stuff. This is $150 that costs $10 to make.

The sizing is totally off. For reference I am 5”8 133lb. I usually get medium sweatpants and small hoodies. However my latest order the sweats were very BIG!! Also, material is thin!

The sizing is inconsistent!

Bought two sweatshirts. For some reason when you wash them stains appear on the fabric and it looks terrible. Garments pill. Although I got the same sizes in both sweatshirts (which are identical minus the color), they are definitely differently sized. They also sent me pants in a different size than I ordered. Quality is poor for the price paid. I will never again purchase from this store.

Unfortunately it’s all true… Aviator Nation has nosedived. Sad to see another great company fall to greed.

I love my Aviator Nation sweatpants and sweatshirts! They are super soft and unbelievably comfy—I practically live in them every day. The quality is amazing, and I constantly get compliments on all my gear.

The only thing I wish was different is the band on the sweatpants, as it can feel a little tight. But aside from that, these are hands down the best sweatpants I’ve ever owned! If you’re looking for cozy, stylish, and high-quality loungewear, Aviator Nation is totally worth it! 🙌✨

Cool style but very very expensive for what you get poor materials don’t keep you warm when is cold and all this sweatpants are not for everyone you can tell all the model on website are very skinny!!!

I have been dealing with them for 2 months and still not correct. Can only email them and have to go back and forth a 100x. People you email aren’t helpful either. You would think they could have people you can talk to for this much money.

I’m surprised at these low ratings! All of my experiences with customer service have been delightful. Although I’ve only reached out a few times. And I love the style of Aviator Nation! And I love that the clothing is made in America!!! Of course the price will be higher. I’m a huge fan of the brand

My daughter received an Aviator Nation hoodie for her birthday. The fabric quality is AWFUL, pilled after just a few washes (inside out, on delicate, hung to dry). For the price paid, this is highway robbery...don't waste your money on these trash clothes!

Long time customer, and I am DONE with these people. The worst customer service. I received a gift that I needed to exchanged for a different size, and they refuse to help me since the date purchased was two days past the 30 day window. It was a GIFT. I hope Paige is enjoying all of the money she is making by ripping people off.
