Overpriced and seems to be used to make subscription boxes seem like much better value

I've received a variety of Avant skincare products in subscription boxes. My experience is that the price is not reflected in the overall quality. If you're going to say that 15ml of cream is worth £100, then I want to be able to see why. Nothing about Avant skincare seems luxury at all. Avant is vastly over priced. It seems to me that Avant skincare is almost entirely used to inflate the perceived value of subscription boxes.

Delighted to discover this brand after being restricted for so long

I’ve had to stick with the one brand of skincare for many years now. I have rosacea. Came across this brand and I have to say the products I’ve tried so far are amazing! The customer advice regarding product queries is amazing which is such a help when trying new skincare! So far so good. I love their eye pads for sensitive skin. The rosacea mask is also really lovely and feels very healing. I’m gradually trying more products. Really pleased so far.

Much ado about nothing

Avant Skincare looks luxury, but if they spent more on the actual products than the packaging everyone would benefit. A moisterizer that leaves your skin dry after only two hours isn't doing a particularly good job - especially when compared to brands that use similar ingredients, but with a much more effective formula and then only ask for a third of the price or even less.

Don't be fooled by shiny boxes. ;)

Skincare worth the price tag. Reoccurring purchases made, and you can tell the difference after 1 night. Customer service amazing and packaging is super luxurious.

Brilliant products and the BEST customer service I have every received!
I'm new to this range so only recently sampled a selection of the products available, but truly impressed and would highly recommend.
From a customer service view point Muhammad is a true legend and a first class example the everyone should follow. Faultless!

Amazing experience!!!

Ok. So UPS seriously dropped the ball on my delivery. My Advent calendar sat in customs for over 3 weeks. The tracking said it had cleared but there was some paperwork that was missing. I contacted Avant and they got on top of the situation. The next thing I knew, I got a shipping notice from DHL and had my calendar within a week! Thank you Avant!

Now about the products! I have been using them for less than a week and already see a major difference in my skin! I can't believe how soft it is! The serum smells so good! It's not a really thick serum. Very thin, but it's perfect for my skin! The only thing I haven't used yet is the micellar water. I have lash extensions so I can't use it near my eyes. And my skin is so much better, that I haven't put on makeup, except some liner and shadow.

I don't look my age, but my skin is so much better I look even younger!

I couldn’t believe all the criticisms

I couldn’t believe all the criticisms. I got some Avant moisturiser in a very high end beauty advent calendar. It’s the best I’ve ever had. I’ve bought loads of their products since but never paid full, are often decent offers. I’ve just ordered their beauty advent calendar, it’s only £99. Since I’ve been using their products people have commented on how lovely my skin looked and one said I couldn’t possibly be 50. I told her I wasn’t. I’m 73 in 4 weeks 😹😹😹

The Avant Advanced Bio Ultra-Fine Texture Day Moisturiser absorbs quickly, leaves my skin soft and smooth, and gives a healthy glow without feeling heavy. A little goes a long way—definitely a new staple in my skincare routine!

Brilliant Product

I came across this brand using a beauty box subscription and was really impressed with the product. Love that it is cruelty free and effective on my eye area. Mid 40’s, looking to reduce signs of aging. Purchased one of the eye creams, had a slight error with the item but resolved quickly by Muhhamed. My experience is a great product and really helpful customer service. Thank you.

Shocking for the price of the products

I have ordered a cream asking explanation why the same cream in two different packages got different ingredient duo moisturiser normal package and travel package. They reassured me that the ingredients are the same. I have just received the order, with a totally different cream. Same name but with a full list of ingredient that are not present in the one I wanted.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Received an email with products in a BOGOF promotion. Ordered the deal, only one was despatched. Contacted Avant via email and was told they’d ensure free one was sent out. That didn’t happen. 2 days later and being dumped on a live chat with no response I got “gift sets aren’t in the offer” . Nightmare…..now have to send the set back that I bought as advertised in the deal. Avoid avoid avoid

Dodgy company

Pre-ordered the keratin hair cream. Website said stock expected early May. Chased on May 15 to be told I’d get my order the following week. It never came so I requested a refund but was told stock was definitely coming soon and I could wait.
Website still says stock expected early June (as of June 9th).
I doubt this stock will ever arrive.
What an odd experience. I will never buy anything from this brand.
Had to get my credit card provider involved to secure the refund.
