Products I don't use
There is always eyeshadow and /or lipstick products in my box. As I don't use any makeup products I just throw them out. I like the idea of trying new cosmetics - especially face care, but every time I subscribe I get the same eyeshadows. Unfortunately, there is no option to opt out from the makeup, which is why I unsubscribe...
It would be nice to have the possibility to opt out from the makeup. It will be better for both my experience and the environment :)

While the Classic box is designed as a surprise mix of both skincare and makeup, we actually prioritize skincare and body care in most of our selections (as we have the Crush box dedicated to makeup products).
We’re sad to hear that the makeup products are being thrown out, as many of our members who don't use specific items love to pass them on as little gifts to friends or family, it’s a wonderful way to spread the joy and be kind to the environment! 🌎 While we don't currently have a "skincare-only" option, we truly value your feedback on the "opt-out" feature. We'll make sure to share this with our product team as we continue to evolve. 💜

Horrible costumer service
Horrible costumer service. Received broken products and contacted costumer service right away. The whole package was oily and covered. They got back to me weeks after filing the case demanding pictures long after I clearly discarded broken products and cleaned the rest. No refund nor replacement products unless I take pictures now and for proof of broken products. The pictures I had taken of the oily box were not enough for them - fair but expecting me to wait weeks and then demand proof of something I clearly can’t give them anymore is ridiculous.
Never ever Goodiebox again. Concept seems good but when you have bad costumer service, in my world, you have a untrustworthy company and I don’t do business with those.

While we do our best to pack everything securely, leaks can unfortunately happen during transit. We always want to make this right by sending replacements. However, to do so, our system requires a photo of the damaged items as proof for our quality control and partners.

They don't sent what they advertised
They don't sent what they advertised. I have order a trial box with the products that I saw in their page advertised for more than 2 weeks but I received and older/ previ8box with bad cheap products that I did not like. I had contact customer service and they have solve nothing, they just offe4 to send me one product, but I don't want thar. I want the box that they offered, and I bought nothing the wrong product. I had wrote to them on 16th of March, and 3 days after I still waiting a response 😡
----' update 20 march, changing from 1 to 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️----
Thanks, after my 2nd complaint Goodiebox will send me the correct box. Thanks. I will let know if arrives OK and correct this time :)

The Products were nice and neat. Too many abrasive chemicals in my opinion. Personally I wouldBut they were not for packed in the same way and it lead to confusion.

Concept is good - communication online poor
UPDATE: Although it was a long process of frustration since the beginning of the year- they reached out and solved the situation- and I have to say that this time were not nice mails but actions. This I of course appreciate.
I guess more clarity in communication will avoid these situations in the past
Last month I have been considering on and off to decide if is really worth it to have this subscription after issues with unuseful or double products or not getting my package.
Mistakes can happen but this month was the cherry on the cake: I got two boxes and charged for two boxes when I am subscribed for one ( second with products have doubles and can't get rid of anyway- like the mega "popular" gold 10in1 hairspray).
I decided to write and see what happened - but they came up with a story where there is a payment from February (Which they tried to charge double also! but didn't had sufficient funds). But if that would have been thee case why the second box after one week? No answer or responsibility taken. Today I am glad I didn't gave my main card and use a Revolut card for this company ! It's a pity of the concept which I think is really good.
