I don't get why this company has good reviews. They made me pay while I didn't rent any car. I booked a car online and paid 88 euros, however when sending the documents the website forbid me to complete the booking as I am under 23 years old. So I booked a car from another company.

However, the morning I was gonna get the car Autoway called me and said they were waiting for me to get the car. To which I replied "I can't, your website told me I'm too young" to which the guy said "it's okay we can find a way". No it's NOT okay, your rules say I can't rent a car if I'm under 23, then I SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED to BOOK and not PAY AT ALL.

You are scammers and you must give me the 88 euros back.

We used Autoway Kos to hire a car for a week to visit the Island. We were collected from the airport on arrival and driven to the office to complete the paperwork. It was a very organised and professional service from start to finish. Yiannis, the owner also gave us some useful tips for eating out and places to visit and marked them on the tourist map given. The car was in very good condition and had just been cleaned ready for us.The car rental fee was 353,50 € which included FDW and an additional driver for a week. We dropped it off at the office on return and was driven back to the airport. I would highly recommend this company.

I've rented a car from Autoway several times. The company impresses with excellent customer service, superbly maintained vehicles, and an extremely efficient process. Both pick-up and return went smoothly. Based on this positive experience, I give it my unconditional recommendation.

Good and constant communication bu WA, check in/out were outside opening hours but dine effortless. Deposit returned on bank account shortly upon check-out. Vehicle as promised, clean and reliable.

Great experience from start to finish. We left booking a car quite late, like a week before holiday. After searching every car rental company within Heraklion airport I found Autoway to have the best pricing, availability and the fact you don’t need to leave a deposit (some require €1,500) was a bonus, although I did take out the 0 excess cover, which is well worth it for the peace of mind, considering some of the roads you come across. Even though they have many different types of models available in the same class I phoned up a head and they arranged the car I requested. I will be visiting again next year and will happily use again.

I got what we agree on, car was good, price was ok.
The office is cross the main road, 4 minutes walking.

The representative arrived on time, she was very pleasant and professional. We finished all paperwork quickly. I was upgraded to the higher category than initially booked, car was fairly new, came clean with almost full tank. All in all, great customer service, I will recomend Autoway to anyone anytime. I have been using Autoway every year when I visit Crete since 2002 and have always been 100% satisfied. Good cars, comprehensive insurance at a good price.

Great smaller company - a more human experience than you get with the bigger companies. Met at the airport by super friendly guy who not only helped us get the car but also gave really helpful advice on driving in Crete. All in all really easy process and a pleasant car hire experience versus what you tend to get with most big companies. Reasonably priced too.
