Worst Claim company ever
Worst Claim company ever, they will reject every claim stating terms and condition, dont buy, its cheap policy and they will get not get it repaired they will say its under term and conditions every time, so don't buy, check local trusted stores, its a big time scam, shop dealers are selling

A good job on difficult bonnet stone chips
The Shine representative did a good job in filling & painting small stone chips on the bonnet of my car. Because they were small & numerous, filling & painting was not straight forward. However, he did a very good job.

Technician brilliant and did a great job but the initial claim for the main damage to my car was lost and technician came at appointed date and time and had to go away again whilst claim resubmitted. But that was fault of insurance company and not Shine

Had a door dent after parking up somewhere, reported it sent off some photos 2 weeks later a chap calls covers the car in a tent and removes the dent and matches the paint and leaves my car in showroom condition 10/10
