This company is ridiculous. I have auto deductions and they all of a sudden stop and pit my account on hold but they say they “can’t call me” so weeks go by and then I have to schedule a conversation with them. This has happened 3 times in a year. I am switching to a different lender

I waited for my scheduled call, but no one called at the agreed time. By the time they finally reached out, I was already back at work and unable to take the call. This was frustrating and a waste of my time.

Every conversation I had with them was…
Every conversation I had with them was frustrating and got no where, they kept calling me for intro conversations I'd had days before and I got calls almost daily for a week before I was taken off a list even though I'd been told I'd been taken off multiple times. And then when I was told my loan would be paid biweekly, it was to AutoPayPlus, but not the lending bank. The bank only got paid once a month making the biweekly payments absolutely useless. And they took more than my loan payment of 309, and I was paying around 315 a month for what I'm assuming is a fee for using them. Which is not a lot until you add up the lifetime of a loan and its now hundreds of extra dollars on top of interest already accumulating on a loan. And then when I closed my account I asked about a refund because they currently still have half a paymnet I was only told repeatedly they would have to run an audit with no clear answers. So they currently still have $158 of mine.
Do NOT reccomend just pay your lending bank it's much easier.

I have been dealing with Autopay Plus for many years. They are very customer service oriented. They are easy to contact and when you set up a call they are prompt and answer all of your questions . I utilize them for several of my accounts and recommend them to everyone I know. What a great way to pay off accounts quicker and save money.

Overcharge & Refund Issue
Bought a Toyota car at dealership with the Autopayplus. I did not know Autopayplus was a third party. When I received my car title, I thought great I am done. Nope. Autopayplus continued to withdrawal money four more times until I called them to stop. Since Autopayplus was a third party they did not know to stop withdrawing my money. When I saw a recent pending Auyopayplus activity on my bank account, I called the bank fraud department to stop the process. The recent charge was reversed and then I was patiently waiting for my other refund of overpayment. $203.36 was the withdrawal, I received a check of $175.91. Autopayplus representative plainly said when I called as fraud, my bank placed a fee on them. Autopayplus then passed that fee on to me by deducting from my refund. Gross. The representative had no sympathy did not even say I’m sorry. I guess he didn’t care as I wasn’t a customer anymore. Or maybe cause it’s not his money that is disappearing.
Simply don’t use Autopayplus, just pay directly to Toyota and save yourself money and hassle.
