Very easy to find the product(s) I wanted, order them and receive confirmation of order, and in process. I like using PayPal Pay in 4 too, and there were a range of payment options. All too easy ;-D

Quick and easy

AS e-commerce experience very positive. I have issues with Aerpro and their product line and fitting guides / product selection. From the "validated" compatibility tool on their website, I only used two products. Everything else was an absolute waste of money. No reflection on Automotive Superstore. Aerpro are just full of BS.

dishonest seller. Can't supply and asked for a restock fee on goods never shipped.
Had to file a paypal claim.
Do not buy from them.

Good buying experience

Have ordered through them approx 10 times and have only had 2 sub-par experiences, once where I had ordered something that caused an error in the system which was resolved by a phone call. And another time where I was delivered an empty box that should’ve had an item inside, which was also able to be resolved by a phone call and couple of emails after which they sent me the missing item.

Great service. Fast delivery. Bit difficult to navigate website if you want to order for two different cars.

I don't think your web site is the easiest to navigate around.

It is fast and easy to find the parts that you are looking for, the biggest thing I liked the most is it tells you ETA of dispatch so if you are in a rush for some things you can order at different times. The pricing beats most of the big money grabber stores.

Very smooth purchasing process and always shipped immediately

Complete order was not ready when it was supposed to be, and was told they are still waiting on stock for one of the items, but there had been no notice given to report the delay with the missing item. Ended up cancelling the order for the missing item.

I have ordered 2 filters for my Skoda, they arrived in less than 3 days, in perfect condition. There were really German made. The service was more than my expectation.

Nice and easy to navigate the website and worked out to be cheaper than a lot of places with my trade discount will be coming back
