Nice, easy to find and good price

Purchased two Turbosmart blow-off valves that weren't suitable for my needs. When I returned them unused in original packaging, I was charged a 10% restocking fee that was never disclosed during the checkout process - not in the cart, checkout page, or order confirmation.

When I questioned this, staff claimed it's "somewhere on their website" but couldn't point to where I would have seen it before purchasing. Under Australian Consumer Law, fees must be clearly disclosed before purchase, not hidden away.

I purchased 2 x large Brembo rotors this week and had them delivered to Melbourne. Items were delivered really quick by Aus Post.
When you see the pics you'll understand. Both rotors weigh about 15kg each and were taped together in there original boxes and that's it,no outer box or bubble wrap for protection. Both boxes were ripped on the corners and boxes had sign of heavy handling. Guys please take the time to packaging your products properly for shipping or get another freight forwarder. Its really poor to receive your products delivered in this way. Im happy to keep buying and I'm not asking for a handout.

DO NOT recommend this company to anyone, they are scammers. They are quick to grab your cash and then sell you faulty or incorrect items. Not to mention heaven forbid you want to return the item there is no customer service at all, all communication is done via email and it often takes them days to respond. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. There are better stores down the road within walking distance

Don’t waste your time.

I purchased a full sound system for my car, all items listed “in stock”

They say dispatch time is 1-3 business days. So I emailed after the 3 business days, got a generic message response from a sales representative (Guy Davies) basically saying “yep your order is all good, it should be sent this afternoon“.

It became apparent that the sales person didn’t actually check on the order or do the bare minimum because the following day I got a email stating that an item they sold me has actually been discontinued.

When I questioned to why this wasn’t pick up on the day prior I got a response from another sales representative (Mikko).

Saying we are trying to work with management to see what we can do.

At this point it was about a week after I purchased my order.

Mikko come back with the options refunding the money for the item they sold me but didn’t have or I could pay more money for the item they did have, but they gave me a “discount” for their stuff up.

I paid this instantly when informed of the amount owing.

I was told it would be sent express within 1 - 2 business days. That was over two business days ago.

Don’t give timelines if you clearly can’t follow them.

So I initially made the order on 3rd of September two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been sent.
