Was really frustrated with…

Was really frustrated with AutomationDropshipping. Everything felt rushed and half-baked, and I kept waiting for updates that never came. Ended up doing most of the work myself. Not what I expected at all.

Pretty disappointed with…

Pretty disappointed with AutomationDropshipping. The store they made felt rushed and half-done, and support barely replied unless I pushed them several times. Nothing worked the way they advertised, and I ended up fixing most things myself. Honestly feels like I paid for a service that never really showed up.

Unprofessional team of clowns stay clear of this company

I began working with this company on July 17th, 2024, and after 5 weeks, I only managed to secure two sales. Throughout my experience, I found their communication and customer service to be severely lacking. I was initially assigned to a manager named Derrick, whose responsibility was to upload products to my TikTok shop. However, I grew concerned when he requested my login credentials—something entirely unnecessary since TikTok allows for roles to be assigned without sharing sensitive information. This raised a red flag for me, and I declined to provide the credentials. After requesting a different manager, I was reassigned to Ken, but unfortunately, the issues persisted.

At the outset, I was promised 50 products on my TikTok shop. As of now, I only have 21. Of the two sales I made, one was returned because Ken mistakenly sent the customer the wrong item. Despite the error being his responsibility, he placed the blame on me. To make matters worse, he failed to process the refund for the customer, instructing me to handle it myself, which I did within 24 hours. Ken's role was to manage customer issues and process orders, but he failed to fulfill those duties.

I am deeply disappointed with this company’s unprofessionalism and poor communication. I cannot recommend them to anyone based on my experience. They even resorted to using my personal Amazon and Walmart accounts to manually purchase products, which led to the error in sending the incorrect item. When I suggested using platforms like Auto DS and CJ Dropshipping, Ken claimed they would cause problems—something I later discovered to be untrue. This company misled and deceived me, and I urge others to avoid working with them.

This was a disaster from the start

This was a disaster from the start. I don't know if it is a scam or they are incompetent. I gave them $1,999.00 for their services and two payments of $500 for inventory to set up an Amazon FBA business. I was guaranteed a return of my investment within 2 months. After 3 months I had a generic Shoplifty website and about $300 of inventory of a jewelry cleaner. No sales. After several missed calls by my contact and their inability to explain what was happening I made a claim against them through my credit card and got my money back.

Sales then started, but after the cost and Amazon fees I was negative. The representative begged me to invest $500 more in inventory and we would start making a profit and they agreed that their services would be paid from the profits. I foolishly agreed and sent $500.

After 1 month no inventory and an email from someone named Basil stating the $500 was for their services and no inventory would be purchased until their services had been paid. At the same time My contact, Ken, kept promising that inventory had been purchased. I lost the $500 this time. I blocked them from my Amazon account and will see if I can figure this out on my own.

Watch out for these people!

They are not transparent and lie. Do not do business with them.

The sad thing was that I spoke with several different companies before doing this and these people sounded like they were the best.

Terrible Customer Service and Follow Through

My experience with this company has been a disaster from the beginning. The person assigned to build a Shopify store for me missed 2 Zoom calls that he set up to to discuss the project. No call, no email, no text. He set up a 3rd meeting and it wasn't until I called him 10 minutes after the start time to remind him that he got on the call. He showed me a generic website with 3 generic products and asked for $1000 for domain hosting and $2500 for Google authentication. The other person assigned to build me an EBay store added 2 aerosol products and an IPhone case under my personal account. Between the 2 of them they likely spent less than 15 minutes total. On May 23rd I gave notice I was done working with them and wanted a refund. After many emails and 2 calls with a manager they agreed to a partial refund. Many excuses and 2 months later it has still has not been issued. Terrible customer service and they don't follow through. Be careful dealing with them.

Inexperience team with lack of respect for People's time and money.

I started working Ken Williams in the mid-April, 2024 with an ebay contract. Ken created my eBay seller account which ended up becoming suspended account. Then he started Facebook Marketplace with bunch of listings with no traffic and ofcourse no sales. Finally, Ken said he is going to start shopify account. Ken shared bunch of dummy websites. Nothing got live and every time I reach out to him and Ken will say your website will go live in few days or a week. At this point of time I just want refund and apology for wasting my time.

I had a few chats with a rep Ken and he said just give home a chance, so I did and and the first thing he did was take down an active store for a theme change, then weeks later after no communication I ask what was going on, and then I ask for daily updates, I got nothing then I'm told it'll be 3 months they said social media and when I ask about TikTok they wanted to charge me more this is a very unprofessional company, I requested a refund and never got a reply just less communication, this is just one of the many things they did not do right, it's okay it boils down to join their services or you're not going to get the attention that you paid for and you're not going to get a refund, then I would send over to one of the uppers and I got to talk to his assistant Rose, I didn't even get to talk to John or scott anymore he said give him a week, so I did again before my 3 months was up I asked for a refund I haven't heard from him since they don't call they don't write All I want is a refund, due to me having to do 90% of the work and then less than 10 they created pages that I already had set up for my social media all they had to do was go in and change the information they tried to take advantage All I want is a refund I pray somebody at this company does the right thing because everybody said they're not after my money but it's funny that's the only thing they don't want to talk about.
Do the right thing.

Rose has somewhat redeemed herself, Rose has told me she is only an assistant not a manager then the products they added to my store are not connected through my store the sites that were set up for social media were not done through the store I am still waiting on logins for the YouTube channel the posted they did for the sites are pretty good but my over all experience has me still looking for a refund they do not communicate well, it is just sad to see so many promises not kept until I wrote this review

here we are no Harvey no john no Rose no Ken just an automated email and a company who has violated Facebook Tiktok Twitter or should we say X and Instagram please don't mistake my kindness as a weakness I am a god fearing man who is not quick to judge all I have ever asked was to be treaded fairly and your company has clearly failed at this from the start Ken lied when he could not even make a site ready within the first 30 days then the site failed and your people never did anything to correct it so you sent in John who has not been honest with me from the start, I have given your company chance ofter chance to do the right thing and now it seems you are not going to reply to my emails and your assigned reps will not reach out to contact me.

Your company violated many platform standards and best practices and has refused to give me a refund when I clearly requested within the timeframe allotted but these same people I have above they have not put my request in but wait i did send it thru email and text and chat so if your not willing to do the right thing and refund my payment you will be reported to the proper platforms fraud departments as well as the CFPD to protect my company from your company stealing my proprietary right to all my post and social media content

I will give you a week to comply after this you leave me no choice but to seek Legal actions starting with formal complaints

Please again as I have said all along Do the Right Thing.

I pray your comapny does the right thing and refunds my fees
