I cannot recommend David highly enough. From my very first phone call, when I was looking for advice on the best and most efficient way to heat my above ground pool, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and generous with his time.

He guided me through everything, helping me choose the right heat pump, filter pump and all the fittings and accessories I needed to connect the whole system together. As someone who was completely new to pool equipment, I really appreciated having someone I could trust every step of the way.

What truly sets David apart is his after sales service. He spent a considerable amount of time with me on a video call, talking me through the installation, checking every connection and making sure everything was set up correctly. Nothing was too much trouble.

The result has been fantastic. Everything is running beautifully, the pumps are impressively quiet and the whole system works exactly as promised. Best of all, the pool reached a glorious 32°C and my grandsons spent a perfect afternoon floating around in their inflatable rings while watching the England v DR Congo World Cup match. It was exactly the family moment I had hoped for.

Was looking to purchase another pool cleaner that was more expensive but was helped out and ended up with a cheaper one saving me money while being very informative every step of the way.

Contacted AES 10am for a pump, they had in stock. I asked them be for i ordered, will i get the delivery within 2 days if not i will go somewhere else. Got told yes that will fine as usually next day delivery and you will get a notification to track order. So i Ordered it. No confirmation of order on the day of purchase strange ...... So i rang back to tell them that payment has been sent can you let me know asp nobody rang back.
Next day rang office they confirmed payment and said its on the way should be with you by Wednesday ...no show, Thursday sent email to cancel order. Friday midday, lucky i was there as no info to say it was coming, a lorry carrying digger parts turn up with a pump 4 days later. Rang AES spoke to the guy who did not give a shit Nick who process the order he just was not bothered that i came late , no information on delivery , after all what i said about i will order from somewhere else if you cannot get it to me by Wednesday . don't think i will be going back there again.
