This auto dye company is so incompetent, that they are unable to match the color of a leather sample i sent them to my interior color twice ! I sent them a large sample of my leather seat, and 2 times Shawn sent me back dye that did not match. Also called them several times to try to get a different color, and he did not return my call. Horrible experience.

Please be warned, the product is worthless if you're seeing to repair leather or vinyl and have it look better than before you started. I followed the instructions slowly and carefully and spoke to customer service more than once for advice. This stuff just doesn't work.

They have no info or bad info about how to apply their product. Sprayers that do not work well. I had to do so much experimenting it consumed a lot of the product.
Bought more product to cover up issues from first application. Now too late to return $90.00 1st purchase. Ugh!

The company switches up their return policy on me 3 times. Saying a 30 day return policy, but it took 25 days to deliver and don’t respond for 5 days until the 30 days are gone. There return policy starts when they ship out the item, not when the customer receives it. They will charge you a 15% restocking fee + Shipping fee back to them. Super cheap company, not customer based only care about the money.

They don’t answer the phone,don’t reply to voicemails or emails. No response to details and leather sample sent to them.
That’s before I was considering order over $200 worth of dye from them.
Either out of business or a very good scam company ?

Worst product ever!!!
Water base, means it will washes with any light cleaning, won't adhere to the surface, useless, absolutely waste of time and money

Not a Happy Customer. Bought ther 160z crack and repair kit online which the picture shows a 2oz container of filler when in reality it only comes with a .05oz container of filler. Just called this morning and customer service told me that the pictures are old and you have to read the item description. Even on the video they show a 2oz filler. They werent even willing to help me out.
