This company - Leather World Technologies is such an amazing company, I have to give them a shout out.
Leather World Technologies is where I went online to order furniture dye for my two lazy boy recliners. I watched their tutorial on You tube, and asked the owner several questions re: dye colors, and the quantity needed to dye my recliners. He was very courteous, and helpful. I ordered the product I needed and waited for my package to arrive. On the day the package arrived, we were gone, and when I arrived home I had no idea my package had been stolen off my front porch. I have had many packages delivered and NEVER encountered this before. I did not know my package had been delivered until I checked my email that evening. I thought it must be a mistake and went to the post office...the pkg. had been delivered....and yes, it had been stolen. I tearfully let Leather World Technologies know what had transpired, hoping against hope that maybe just -maybe,- the package really had not been delivered....it had. This great company was so kind and compassionate that they literally sent another package to me to replace the stolen package. And, it was not cheap. It was $135.00 worth of dye products for leather furniture. Excellent quality leather dye. Needless to say, I felt very humbled, and thankful, and realize in this day and age, this does not normally happen. So, Leather World Technologies, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. What an amazing company you are.
