AutoLeap, An In-depth Modernized Management System.

AutoLeap leads a new generation of management. There is plenty of functions to organize and manage our shop's workflow. I personally like the modern UI, perfect for young managers like me. Although it may be daunting to anyone that isn't tech savvy, I absolutely appreciate the customer support and would recommend any new or experienced service manager to connect with any of the staff. Cisilia has been a huge help for me and my colleagues, assisting us with our questions and overall, helped us getting started. Thank you Cisilla! and I 100% recommend AutoLeap.

Customer service

Customer service! It was amazing the whole way through. Jessica was my contact through on-boarding and she’s obviously a pro. The online customer service is actual people and it was a huge help. Integration to QBO was easy. There was a hiccup with QBO invoice syncing but it’s only because things were kinda messy on my end to begin with. Auto leap figured it out and got everything running smooth. The only thing I would’ve wanted was a mobile POS in Canada. Which global does not provide.

Autoleap has been great so far. It is easy to use, very efficient and was easy to set up. I use it as a technician. The inspections really help build trust with customers and also help sell more work. 10/10 product

An Essential Tool for Running a Modern Repair Shop

We recently started using Autoleap, and it has quickly become one of the most important tools in our shop.

From day one, it’s been incredibly easy to use, not just for us on the back end, but in a way that truly improves the customer experience. We rely on it heavily to keep everything organized and transparent. The estimate approval process is one of our favorite features: customers can review and approve work digitally, which makes communication clearer and decisions faster with no confusion.

I also love how easy it is to document notes, conversations, and details directly in each customer’s repair order. Having everything in one place makes a huge difference when managing multiple jobs and following up with customers professionally.

Adding parts through PartsTech is seamless and saves us a ton of time, which means we can focus more on the actual repair and less on admin work.

On top of all that, the implementation consultant we were assigned has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us set things up the right way for our shop.

Overall, Autoleap has made our workflow smoother, our communication stronger, and our customer experience better. We couldn’t imagine running our shop without it.

Great Product
