Autoleap is great for organizing the company's scheduling, book keeping and invoicing. What I like most is the personal feel they provide. They are not just a company looking to collect your money each month. They are more like mentors who guide you to become a better business owner. They truly care and push you to be the best owner you can be with features like their free training courses. These courses ran by Sarah Abbas are free hands on training that ensures that using the AutoLeap software is easy and effortless. Sarah is a great instructor who is very familiar with the software and also very punctual. She gives tasks or assignments that she follows up on and also very caring about your advancement and understanding of the software.

Their customer service is one of the most unprofessional ones I have ever dealt with. They have a Chief of Staff that doesn’t know how to use emails and calls his own title “bullshit” in the email he sent us. Like a joke :/

AutoLeap makes a difference!

We started with AutoLeap after seeing it on another sight. The ease of use as well as the ability to include photos, track technicians time per car, make internal notes and show concerns is one of the mainr easons we chose this program. Incredibly glad we did because the details and information is saved always now and can be reviewed for future reference.

Straightforward software that does what it says

Buying software always makes me nervous, since you are implementing businesses processes as well as installing a program, but this experience has been about as easy as it could have been. As promised, AutoLeap technical support was always available with little or no waiting, and the technical help has been excellent.

My service writer and technicians appreciate the product; their work is easier than before and they don't have to wait to communicate with each other.

It's also a relief to have technologically-current communications (estimates and invoices over SMS, for example) with our customers. Previously we had to email PDFs around, or just hand over paper documents.

The best of program

The AutoLeap program really appeals to me. It has a very clear and easy-to-understand interface. When we installed the program, company representatives immediately called us on Zoom and explained everything in detail. Overall, I really like this program.

Great experience with AutoLeap

We started a new shop in Jan 2026 and decided to use AutoLeap. We are very happy with our decision. It is a great tool and meets most of our expectations. Our AutoLeap trainer Emilie is fabulous and took great pain in helping us understand the details of the software. Overall it has been a great experience so far.

Well worth the money!!

Its been a great experience starting our new auto repair shop with autoleap. While our beginning had a couple technical difficulties, they were addressed with precision and timeliness that made us feel secure in trusting autoleap as our platform for our new business. Everyone I have spoken with has been extremely professional, patient, and willing to help in any way they can. If they do not know an answer, they find it for you. This service is more than worth the money. Our customers love their easy to interact with platform and we are able to moce thru jobs quicker than at any other shop we have worked at previously. I can only speak so far for onboarding

We came from shop monkey which was better than not having a SAAS invoicing software for our shop, but left a lot to be desired.

we jumped to autoleap after seeing the great reviews and feedback on their customer support .

we had a great onboarding experience with Zack Townson - who took the time to understand our shops needs, get us set up. he even worked with our book keeper to make sure our quickbooks integration was seamless and that we fully understood.

we are now starting our first full month with autoleap and have just gotten connected with Jesse our customer success manager. feeling supported and that we have a number to call when we need a question answered.

hoping a year later I can write a positive follow up here!

Customer service was great

Customer service was great! We had a miscommunication about the package I signed up for. Instead of dismissing my concerns, they took my complaint seriously and we were able to resolve the issue.
Not once was I talked down too, but my concerns were heard. Everyone was professional.
My account manager is responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to help me learn the software.
They call to check in. not to sell anything, but to actually see how well our integration of the software is going, and to give tips on how to better implement it.
Online help is available and they respond in less that 1 minute! They can cover most of our questions.
Even though it was a rough start, AutoLeap has been professional and responsive the whole time.
So far I am very pleased with their professionalism and the software it self is leap and bounds better than what we had before (Mitchell 1).
