Excellent from start to finish buying a car. They keep you informed about everything, professional company with great staff, who are knowledgeable and very friendly.
The car we bought was using our old car as part payment, and was very easy to do, with no hassle. The car we bought is just wonderful( C3), quality vehicle and much less in price than other companies selling online.
I would not hesitate in recommending Autohero to anyone wanting to buy a car in a really simple way, with no fuss.

Great company to deal with every step of the way during the sales process. I just picked my car up today and absolutely delighted with it. The service throughout has been great, especially from Jonn in the customer service.

Overall a reasonable service is offered. There are always areas to improve such as customer service. I enquired about a few cars via the completion of the online form and had no response. When i did purchase the car i spoke to a very helpful person but then i tried to call back 12 times in one afternoon and nobody ansered the phone call. There should be a designated person you can contact by phone and email. The car was almost as described, several more scratches and marks on the dcar than was photographed or described in the car description and at collection the only response was to cancel the order and get a refund.

I buy many cars and Autohero has been a dreadful experience. Paid in full, and fir the car to be available in three days, which took over 30 days. Car arrived in terrible condition, more damaged panels than on the sales sheet, warning lights on the dash and filthy dirty. I tried to resolve the issue, but the aftersales service is non existent. All the issues still remain. I would advise everyone to avoid the orobkems I have experienced.
I have just received an email from Auto hero offering the chance 100 euros of fuel for my 'new' car, if I leave a review on here. So, all those stars and positive reviews, can you believe? They are all looking for their 100 euros I'm telling it how it is

I bought the car. There were defects. Autohero agreed to have to faults repaired. The garage agreed to do the work but then would not contact me. I emailed Autohero twice which they did not answer. The work was not done and Autohero closed my claim!

The entire process was simple and efficient. Communication was easy and the agents involved were helpful and efficient. I was guided through every step of the process and my car was delivered exactly as described, at a meeting point of my choice by Sergio, who couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Overall I was impressed by Autohero and will certainly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Auto Hero. As a German living in Spain with limited Spanish capabilities, I greatly appreciated their exceptional service and efforts to ensure I understood everything. They honored my request to communicate exclusively via email, which made things much easier for me.

Circus! Everything was good, sale was fast, the car is good, the sales guy great, although not all imperfections were listed, it's not nice, i let it slip, because the car is used, UNTIL!!
3 months and still waiting for my car documents! I paid for the car and for the name transfer in January, received the car, yes, BUT till now I haven't received my documents!!, I emailed client service, every week, first they tell me it's sent already, then they say we're sending it now, later they tell me we will make a new request and send them...when I ask about the tracking number, they change the subject to we're sending them now....I paid for the car in full so I don't deal with headaches, and they still play the ping pong game..., it's my rights I believe, or you want to waste my time? I dont have time for this circus and chaotic place to clear things. I knew it was like buying a mystery box with this company, you never hit 100%.
But step your game up, people are paying money, give them what they paid for.
Now my AUTORIZACIÓN PROVISIONAL DE CIRCULACIÓN is expired, what do I do? I buy another car, surely not from you if you want to keep me stressed.

Using an online service to buy a car in an adopted country where you don’t fully speak the language can be daunting and needs trust. Autohero were clear in their communications and helpful at all times. I found it odd that my order was taken and “committed” only to be told I was second in the “queue” but the first in the queue did drop out and I was able to buy the car I wanted. From that point everything went well the only hiccup being that if you’re paying cash you have to pay into a bank account in Germany - that took some trust and some due diligence but all went well in the end (we paid by immediate transfer on the day)

Big shout out to Elena in the office and Sergio who delivered the car was amazing - a real ambassador for the company, so nice and so helpful with everything, a real gentleman

As a non Spanish speaking buyer Autohero made the process of purchase so simple. They were helpful, punctual and the car was exactly as described.

they are very professional and very carefull about evry detail of the car. very honest and perfect comission ver cheaper than the other places.

I have bought a Citroën C3 1.2 puretech at Autohero. In one word fantastic !. What a good company, the people who are working there are real service minded people, compliments.
After two weeks I notice that the clutch of the car was not perfect, and when I told this to Autohero it was not one moment a discussion and it is fully repaired with no extra cost !.
Perfect !
