Total scam at Keddy - Europcar
I paid 131.62€ for 4 days of automatic car renting to KEDDY through "Auto Europe" and Europcar/Keddy billed me additional 75 € upon my return for finaly 3 days of real time car renting. Sales forcing, lack on information and cheating. I NEVER ASKED FOR ANY UPGRADE with addtional cost and nobody said to me I had to pay anything on top of summ already paid to Auto Europe. Direct complaint to consumer services, in court and to Auto Europe. This is unacceptable. I’ve been renting cars for 35 years and I’ve seen strange things sometimes, but here we are in a case of total malice aimed at extorting money to increase benefits thanks to the complicity of the Orly Europcar agency manager.

Got a very good rental car, of the category that I reserved (small SUV), which seems normal, but with reservations through AutoEurope, with tightly negociated prices, clients seem to have to consider themselves lucky that they actually get something (close to) what they reserved. Also, the price difference between a small SUV and the cheapest possible category is not so large these days so that taking a better car is quite doable. Though prices for all categories have skyrocketed in the last year.
Also, getting the car from the SFO rental agency was a bit of a pain this year, as a huge crowd was traveling for halloween; the waiting time was easily an hour. The car rental return was smooth, with eReceipt by email.

The website is user friendly and it was very easy to navigate through the different car agencies. the price and features offered made my choice much easier.

The payment was done during the car booking, but till I did not receive the confirmation by email. In addition to this while re-accessing the website I've found the following message" MERCI DE NOTER QUE VOTRE VÉHICULE N'EST PAS CONFIRMÉ TANT QUE LE PAIEMENT N'A PAS ÉTÉ EFFECTUÉ."

Relativement simple

I strongly do not recommend to use this car rental. They charge you additional cost 75 euros in the local agency because you pay with debit card. The additional fees are charged once you already paid and you have no choice at all. Additional fees of 75 euros for a day rental makes it not interesting at all anymore.

Trovo che il prezzo sia molto esagerato, ho appena noleggiato un'auto alle Canarie per 30 giorni assolutamente tutti i rischi (restituzione auto senza revisione con chiave in una cassetta e nessun supplemento) per 600 euro al mese, che è molto più economico di 10 giorni in Italia
Spiegazioni??? e senza controlli sospetti al ritorno
La prossima volta che andrò in Italia porterò uno dei miei veicoli!!

I booked through Auto Europe a 208 Peugeot without excess to be quiet in Italy and despite this the agency tried to add window insurance
I find that the price is very exaggerated, I have just rented a car in the Canary Islands for 30 days absolutely all risks (car return without inspection with key in a box and no supplement) for 600 euros per month, which is much cheaper than 10 days in Italy
Explanations??? and without suspicious control on return
The next time I would go to Italy I would take one of my vehicles!!
