I have really bad experience with the customer service. They answered completely different question I asked. As you want to continue in the ticket, you gotta open new one. There is no return policy "beneficial" for the customer. I wont order again. I'm disappointed.

Terrible products they prefered.Ridex is so so bad mark.I bought a pulley...driven 10thousand km and its dead.....my car stopped at the road,I must call to tow service.....What a pity its not possible to give a photos of it here.And what was "the best" ...I wrote a notoce of product and what Autodoc done?They have no reaction and deleted my note from website,after 2days also a pulley.....

Ondrej from customer service is a lot unprofesional and absolutely unhelpfull. Never give straight forward answers and answering on diferenr subject. Sutch a bad customer service i have not experience in my life. On friday told me to contact customer service if the parcel not arrive on monday. Today wednsday told me to wait for my parcel and if it arrives i can refuse it and they will refund my money.
What a solution is that....
Also told me if i have problem with delivery i have to contact dpd.

I ordered a brake cylinder for my mondeo through my car make and year on the app the part was matched to my car had the part fitted total brake failure turned out they sent the wrong cylinder after numerous emails will not exchange the part or refund any costs for fitting so now £160 out of pocket and still no cylinder they say my fault for not ordering by chassis number but I did not have the option on the app Do Not use this company very bad customer services use local / eBay at least you get your money or exchange options

A great company! I’ve had some problems with the ignition on my Passat B6 and needed a really fast delivery of four coils. Their website was really helpful. You just choose correct brand of your car, your engine version, what spare part you want and that’s it, everything is there. Nice and easy. I’ve paid something about 50€. The most awesome thing is, you can pay via PayPal or credit card, so there is no waiting time to bank transfer so shipping is right away. From my experience I can only recommend to buy here. One of the best spare parts dealer in Europe.

Skvela firma! Mal som problemy so zapalovanim na mojom Passate B6 a rychlo som potreboval nove zhavice. Ich stranka mi velmi pomohla. Len si tam vyberiete spravnu znacku auta, verziu motora a ktory diel je treba a vsetko sa tam hned objavi. Jednoduche a rychle. Zaplatil som nieco okolo 50€. Najlepsie na tom je, ze sa da platit cez PayPal alebo kreditnou kartou, takze netreba cakat na bankove prevody a diel mozu hned odosielat. Z mojej skusenosti mozem len odporucit tu nakupit. Jeden z najlepsich obchodov s nahradnymi dielmi v Europe.
