Complete incompetence
Complete incompetence. 2 hours of chatting in support and still no resolution. 4 different managers connected and disconnected at their own request. Items ordered as "in stock" were not. 4+ days of waiting for shipment until I contacted them and found out the parts were out of stock. They couldn't offer alternative parts, neither by VIN nor by original number. Technical support is unprofessional, irresponsible, incompetent, and rude. Each manager wrote the opposite of the answers to the next. I will never use this app again. Don't order products here. The world is progressing and e-commerce is developing, but not them. Terrible service, terrible approach. Deception at every step.

it will be great if the courier services are at lower prices. in bulgaria we receive the parcels with speedy couriers who are disgusting in their attitude towards customers and their prices are the highest and deliveries are the slowest
