We recently purchased two cars from them and to be honest we never thought such customer service can exist.. if customer service could be a person, it would definitely have been Junior Mathew.. the service we received from the moment we contacted Auto AXS until we had our cars delivered was just amazing.. Junior has been so helpful from day 1 and all the way through the process.. he can be contacted day and night.. ever so helpful and knowledgeable.. we would highly recommend Auto Axs.. we would definitely use their service in the future..

I was initially sceptical about buying a car online but the agent from auto AXS informed me that I would be able to get my money back within 7 days of purchase. I decided to make the plunge and bought a beautiful Mercedes from them. I have a specific agent, Junior Matthew, who deals with my Mercedes who I'm able to contact day or night. He's been an excellent agent and is always willing to provide any information I required and even sent me links on how to operate my Mercedes. The handover is very comprehensive and the gentleman explained all the features of the car to me. Really excellent customer service and I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a car.

All I can say is that I will use Autoaxs the next time I decide to change cars.
Communication and quality control was high on the agenda from this company.
I was a bit worried at one stage when there was a delay on the delivery of the car but I was very happy that my doubts were unfounded and only due to the fact that Autoaxs quality control was sharp and heard a slight noise from the exhaust and because of this they had a brand new Dpf fitted and decided to change the turbo.
These guys are not greedy scamsters! Their main goal is customer satisfaction and that is hard to find these days.
They made very little profit in the process.
