Bought a car in may and had no end of…

Bought a car in may and had no end of problems with it! Has been in the garage more than I have drove it! Still in the garage and no idea when or if will get it back! Terrible as i had said i needed a good reliable car as have children and grandchild that i need to go in it!
Alot of money i dont have .... just wasted!

Absolute scum

Absolute scum, thieves with no conscience, complete and utter fraudsters, pay the money and get no car, if I'm wrong and you actually are legit as you pretend, give the money for the pretend car back!

Avoid!

Like others have mentioned I have received terrible service from this company, once they take your money the service, professionalism and communication goes downhill and the service they actually promote and promise is not actually delivered. As far as receiving the vehicle it takes months between the time of you making the payment to receiving your vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend

SCAMMER!!

same story as the review below here. ‘purchased’ my new vehicle on the 27th also with the total amount sent (which isn’t cheap). No communications from mr perfect as he seems from all these make believe reviews but definitely wouldn’t recommend as is extremely unprofessional with very poor communication.

Oh yeah and he also promised me a temporary vehicle in the mean time as the waiting time would be up to 3 weeks for the car. THAT NEVER CAME EITHER LOL.

Absolute time waste honestly.

Have already gotten in touch with my bank to chase this and reported it as scam. To think he’s actually gone out the way to have this all set up on auto trader also to seem as professional and legitimate as he can. Disappointed to say the least

Good service

It was okay but could have been better, as the car was delivered to the wrong address as the postcode was missing one letter and my number was missing one digit and I had to ring the delivery driver and he eventually delivered the car. But the teams was very good and very helpful would recommend as the car came out beautiful.

Car buying made easy.

The process of buying a new car from them was very easy and friendly sales person, my only thing would be the communication thoughout the car prep process to delivery could do with being better as I had to make contact to get updates.

The best experience I have ever had in…

The best experience I have ever had in terms of buying a car. Junior was incredible from start to finish, he even drove the car to my house on his day off just so I could inspect it. I will definitely be using Junior again in the next few years on my next purchase. Thanks again!

Brilliant Experience

I recently purchased a fully specced-out GLC Coupe through AutoAXs, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. The team added some incredible customizations, including red brake calipers, a sleek spoiler, dechroming, and black alloys. The car is now an absolute head-turner!

Although it took a little while to arrive, the wait was well worth it. The attention to detail and quality of the work is top-notch.

Big thanks to the whole Autoaxs team – I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

I had a bad experience with a previous…

I had a bad experience with a previous dealer but then a mutual friend introduced me to Junior from AXS. Junior got me a good finance deal and a better specification model. The process took about 2 weeks but it was well worth the wait.

Perfect car, but took way too long too arrive.

Going to leave an honest review because i feel that many of the reviews below are quite farfetched and just the excitement of people finallly receiving their car. A lot of the reviews also stated that it took some time to arrive.

Dealt with X (name removed as requested) from start to finish, asked myself at times if it was a one-man show. He was nevertheless a cool, collected & knowledgeable car salesman. Prior to deposit it would be calls and instant replies. Post-deposit paid the replies got slow, no answer and sometimes doesn't even reply.

Was informed that the car will be "delivered" in 3-4 weeks, so essentially i accepted this. However, the car arrived in 8 weeks from deposit paid. It was an extremely slow process and I genuinely didn't understand the delay. Had i been informed it could've taken up to 8 weeks for 'delivery', i would have absolutely looked elsewhere.

Now, my honest advice to anyone looking to buy a car is that, if you're not in a rush, then X is the man and he will help you find your next car. However, if you're not willing to wait as long, buying a car the traditional way, where you get to view, test drive, bargain, quicker collection etc is probably the better option as Auto AXS is a 'online-only' company.

As said, perfect car, just the service and wait brings it down to a 3* for me. I thank X nevertheless for his service (I hope you take this as constructive criticism and not negatively).

-EDIT: This is a response in relation to your reply.

Firstly, you verbally stated yourself that the finance caused a 1.5 week delay and that it was not my fault, now you state 3 weeks? Deposit paid on 21st May, finance completed on 29th May, 8 days is not 3 weeks, and was out of my hands but the finance company you instructed.

Furthermore, you knew the car i wanted as per your ad, prior to myself making deposit you verbally advised 3-4 weeks 'delivery', not 4 weeks to complete fitting. Had you advised 4 weeks to complete fitting alone and longer for delivery, trust me i'd have looked elsewhere. When the car was complete, you even said 'Your car will be delivered next week' via Text, but it wasn't even delivered till two weeks later.

The cheek also to report my review to remove your name despite most of the reviews all mentioning your FULL name (when i only put your first name). There is no point debating further, at the end of the day, I understand you have a business to run and want to protect it's image, but as a consumer, i'm giving an honest review of my experience with Auto AXS.

Firstly we'd like to say, you are one of the most well-mannered and lovely customers we have had the pleasure dealing with, however you bought a car from us requesting extensive styling and modification upgrades, which we did advise was a process that would take about 4-weeks to complete, and we took 5-weeks, only due to the procurement issues we had waiting for delivery of your new front bumper from Europe. You were promptly notified about this delay also.

Obviously this was not your fault at all, however, after receiving your deposit, there was a 3-week period we had waiting for you to complete all your finance documentation before we could commence your styling upgrades, which we understand can sometimes be arduous, but perhaps this is where you probably calculate the total lead time of 8-weeks from?

We do aim to respond to our customers instantly at all times, however, this is not possible nor is it practicable, never the less, you were always kept informed of progress and we always returned your calls and messages.

All in all, we are happy that you love your car and hope you enjoy your new ride for many years to come!

Just wanna say thank you so much to auto axs and especially junior for everything they have done in getting me my new car I bought a Mercedes cla 200 and I can’t be any happier,the car come and was immaculate and was so much nicer then I expected,I had a few extras put on the car and honestly it looks so good it’s a real head turner.Junior was so helpful and always got back to me,even with constant calls and messages from me and was always there to give me updates,I really appreciate everything you have done,would highly recommend this company I can not fault them

Excellent Vehicle Purchasing Service

From start to finish, this has been an excellent service from Auto AXS and Junior. At first, I was hesitant to progress with the sale due to the online-only process. However, Junior was very patient with me and answered all questions. Throughout the sale, I was kept up-to-date with the progress of the vehicle prep. Upon receipt of the car, any and all cosmetic issues have been dealt with professionally and the car has been delivered in an excellent condition.
