by far the worst customer experience…
by far the worst customer experience ever. i have been emailing and call with no answer at all. out of 40 emails they replied to me saying we will check and let you know !! W T F
the worst company to deal with. its a scam don't even think of ordering something from them. careless about the costumes and just pure ignorant.
its been a month and half and they just ignoring my emails and the call center have no idea what they are doing and they are helpless. every time i call they say we will send them an email and they will get back to you.
not recommending it to anyone and honestly the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!! its a SCAM

They replied that they will process a refund after I sent 5 emails asking for a confirmation email
It has been 2 weeks now and they keep ignoring
Watch out for SCAM. Stay away, there are better sources out there
