Recieved someone else’s package, don’t know how the managed to do that. Contacted their "support" they asked if i could ship it to the other customer, i did cause he lives in the same country as me.I did not get a refund for the shipping cost. Then i contacted them multiple times about my package never got an answer so i just gave up. Luckily i chose klarna at checkout so they never got my money.

Complete scam of a company, ordered my parts months ago with no contact from the company no answer from them I’ve had to open a claim with the bank which will take until December so I’m £700 out of pocket.

AVOID!!!

Awful company. I trusted and had confidence with them to deliver my honeycomb grille (£200+) which, after being told it would take 7-14 DAYS still hasn't turned up after 4 MONTHS. Absolute scam, you won't get a proper email back from them. Please avoid at all costs. They will lie to you by saying "fast delivery"

I purchased an after market grill from this company and found them very good to deal with. I asked for a tracking number after I made payment and they sent it to me. Had a few questions once I received the item and they responded within a couple of days. I would recommend them. Delivery to Ireland took approx two weeks.

Fair shall be fair, I have just received my money back and that helps a lot, furthermore have i informed them that the customer demand an certain level of feedback and service. Let hope it was one of a kind?

Avoiddddddd this dealer they steal your money, I have the same experience as other people have faced, they withdraw your money and then you don´t hear from them. I really don´t understand how they can treat their customer at this way. I have bought through Klarna bank and will ask them do something with this company.

Avoid. I ordered some parts over a month ago. Very happy to take your money but there not happy to email you back or send your items to you. Still waiting and haven’t seen or heard a thing apart from automotive email.

Stay away from this company. I purchased a bmw m850i body kit in carbon look in February. Delivery time 10 days but I received after 40 days and no carbon look just normal black (i paid extra 200£ for carbon look). Contact them over the email but no answer. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a diffuser 10.04.2020. They dont answer mail, and the package haven’t been sent. Since they dont answer mail i cant cancel the order either. Luckily i paid with klarna so i didnt lose my money.

I have placed order in autoaccessoarer.com since 2020/4/15, but I have not received any news from them so far. I sent email twice to Service(at)autoaccessoarer.com but only received auto email. Is this a scam web? where is the customer service? are they so busy to reply my email???? IS THIS WEBSITE A SCAM?

I bought part and paid by credit card. After one week I send questiion to Company I received answer that part cannot be sold to me. Dont received answer why and when money will be return

Fast customer support reply, but they wanted to cancel the order, because it was to expensive to ship the item. It did not state on the order page that it was not possible to ship to Norway

I have viewed all the reviews here & to be honest I am glad that I went direct to the retailer even though it 15% more expensive at least I received my goods on time no issues no problems & most off all No excuses. I am so sorry if I upset people here but any bad publicity is bad publicity so my opinion after being stung twice is pay more get what you want & I am so glad I read these corespondents as my order on here was nearly totalling £2700 for customers cars I have for customising.
