I have just done the adhd and executive functioning education session. I found it really good as I understand more the difficulties we face as a family. I just wish I knew a way to strengthen our difficulties with it without trying to get my children to do the workshop too. I am hoping I can convince them

I attended a wonderful session based on Autism and ADHD. This session was informative and was explained clearly in great detail. Sarah-Jane gave an insight of the world participants with autism and ADHD deal with every day, every day is not the same for them. I think we need another follow up session....Thank you Sarah - you are very inspirational.
As someone who works with people with autism and ADHD - I would recommend this training to anybody else who does. The training was incredibly insightful and has allowed me to understand autism and ADHD to a much greater degree. Sarah was wonderful and sharing her own personal experiences made the course feel personal and unique.
Course gave me a better understanding of ADHD and Autism and was presented in a clear way. Sarah was professional throughout and was honest about her own lived experience. Would definitely recommend.
Good knowledge and discussion, opportunity to network and make links in the community.
Sarah Jane
Great training session, very informal and informative.
Will definitely be attending any other training you deliver
Really helpful, insightful course about Autism, ADHD and executive functioning skills.
I learnt so much. Sarah Jane and the team were very knowledgeable and discussed some great examples that really brought the information to life.

Online sessions are informative and always time for questions. Also like can watch presentations on the website in your own time.
Looking forward to the face to face session in May.
Very very helpful and informative, I knew nothing about executive function before this course now I know I need to learn and I have the info to do this! Thankyou x
I have been nursery SENCO for 5+ years and I’ve been attending webinars and any training I can to learn more about Autism and ADHD for my son.
This was very informative and I wish it was longer as the lady running it seemed very knowledgable. Very well put together.
A really good presentation I learnt a lot from it, giving an outline of what the executive function is
I found the delivery a little rushed - I missed bits as I was trying to write notes and think about what was being said. I will rebook to consolidate the learning. I think there was room to further develop the information being shared. It is great you put aside time for individual questions.
Good info but too short, could do with more information on how to help someone with executive dysfunction
I have attended 2 groups online via Eventbrite. At first i had little understanding of ASD, ADHD Or Dyslexia. I took notes from what Sarah was explaining and i feel i came away with a good understanding of each topic, Sarah lead the group with professionalism and ensured everybody was treated fairly with any questions they had, I have signed up for another session as i am trying to learn more about ASD as my Son was diagnosed recently. I feel able to ask any question even if i feel like my question may not make sense. I feel completely at ease and would recommend these courses to any parent or persons seeking some help and understanding. 10 out of 10 from me. Keep up the good work.
I have just attended an online session - ADHD-Understanding Executive Functioning is key to understanding ADHD. The presenter was completely unprofessional and couldn't handle being called out on the points she was making. She got visibly annoyed and argumentative when she realised she didn't have any facts to back up her points. In terms of the actual presentation, there was no new information given that a quick google wouldn't give you. She explained plenty about what people's problems are but gave no actual help or support suggestions. If you struggle with motivation "just motivate yourself" or if you forget things "just set an alarm". Great advice! Telling people that because they have ADHD they also have autism in my opinion isn't helpful either especially when she then went on to say she isn't a doctor. Waste of an hour and definitely would not recommended these people in any way. I am sure most people in the group have left that session feeling worse than when they began and still with no answers. A few good points were brought up such as selective mutism as a response to situations but again no real information on how to deal with it.
