After a bad experience with a different self-publishing firm, I did more diligent research to find Codagraph & Authors Arsenal. My project manager Anna led me through the process of turning my manuscript of prose & illustrations into a graphic novel. Though I had written novels (unpublished) previously, this was my first effort at a graphic novel, so I needed guidance, which I received. I already had 240 illustrations from AI, but about 2/3rds of them needed tweaking. The project of 220 pages was completed satisfactorily within the three months agreed to in the contract. The illustrators made the changes I requested, though text (spelling) inside the images frequently needed revisiting. Next came the final editing (little needed as I had spent considerable time on the text with friends & family helping with suggestions) & formatting into the graphic novel's final form. Again, Anna & Neil worked diligently with their team to complete the project exceptionally to my specifications. I also provided the bookcover illustrations which they made splendid work of as a laminated jacket. Finally, Mike & Alicia began the marketing campaign, which has just begun from which I have in the first few days already received orders for books. Also, the cost was very reasonable when compared with other self-publishers.
