I paid CAD $1,500 for a package of 20 videos from an AI video production agency that presented itself as a professional global company. After taking full payment upfront, they delivered only 4 videos despite multiple follow-ups and constant chasing. The quality of the videos was extremely poor, with copied scripts, grammar mistakes, inconsistent voiceovers, and weak editing. Basic issues like visible AI watermarks were not even removed properly. My calls and messages were repeatedly ignored, and there was almost no accountability once payment was made. They appear to be operating from India while targeting clients in North America and the USA using fake names and misleading branding. I’m sharing this to warn others to be careful and avoid paying full amounts upfront without proper verification. This person presenting himself as Alex is not actually Alex, I was told his real name is Abshar and he later changed it to Nehal. Using fake names and changing identities raises even more serious concerns about their credibility and intentions. Please be extremely careful before falling for such social media ad marketing. Professional-looking ads, polished branding, and convincing sales pitches do not always reflect the reality of the service. I want to share my experience as a serious caution to others so no one else loses their hard-earned money the way I did.

I paid CAD $1,500 to this so-called video production/AI content agency for a package of 20 videos. They presented themselves as a professional, large-scale production company with global operations and strong expertise in AI-generated content, YouTube automation, and video production. Their branding, communication, and sales pitch were designed to make them appear highly established and trustworthy.

The reality was completely different.

After taking the full payment upfront, they delivered only 4 videos out of the promised 20, and that too only after repeated follow-ups, constant chasing, and unnecessary delays. My calls were ignored, my messages were left unanswered, and there was almost no accountability once the payment was made.

The quality of the work was extremely poor and far below what was promised:

• Scripts were clearly copied or sourced from other existing YouTube channels with little to no originality
• Multiple grammar mistakes, content errors, and poorly written dialogue were present
• Voiceovers were inconsistent in tone, quality, and style, making the content unusable for a professional channel
• Basic editing standards were missing—videos were not even properly scaled to hide visible AI watermarks/logos
• There was no attention to detail, no quality control, and no sign of professional editing despite big promises

What is even more concerning is that these individuals are operating from India while specifically targeting clients in North America and the USA. They use fake names, misleading identities, and project themselves as if they are running a large international production company with offices worldwide. Much of their online presence appears designed to create false credibility and trust.

They rely heavily on Instagram ads and polished marketing to attract clients, but once payment is made, the professionalism disappears completely. The business model seems focused more on collecting upfront payments rather than actually delivering quality work.

I run multiple channels myself and also work with agencies, so I understand how professional businesses operate. Delays can happen, but complete lack of communication, poor delivery, and taking full payment upfront without proper fulfillment is unacceptable and raises serious concerns.

I am sharing this so others can be careful before trusting such agencies with their money. Please do your research, ask for verified proof of work, avoid paying the full amount upfront, and do not trust flashy branding alone.

Trust, transparency, consistency, and delivery are what make a real business—not fake global claims, copied content, and disappearing after payment.

at first i was hoping to be able to leave my crazy 9-5 with the selection they picked for me...decent funds and views id be thrilled to start another channel with them if this one works out....as of right now im in my second month and they seem to not like schedules as another commenter mentioned...i was a month behind then got slammed with 3 videos that had to be changed to set how i wanted them to be released...but hopefully they are getting better..and people have said each video gets better over time so hopefully well see where we go maybe onto a new channel if this one eventually picks up

First off, they promised to build me a channel that would be making me 3-5k in 6 months. This is a straight out lie. I paid to have 30 videos created, posting 2 a week for 15 weeks. They couldn't even do that, I had huge gaps between vids, some up to 16 days apart. So much for 2 vids a week. Secondly, they steal others peoples scripts, none of the scripts for the vids are original, just exact copies of other youtube vids. And for the content of the video, piss pour cheap AI Generation. Several videos had content that was not even relevant to the title and script, such as a video of Marie Antoinette and the French Revolution that shows A modern scene of party with people in modern dress attire with cellphones in their hands. Do not use them, they lie and give excuses and then say the blame is all your fault.

Paid $500 for 10 faceless YouTube videos, only 2 were usable. 8 had distracting, repetitive avatar hand movements despite repeated requests for fixes in which they initially promised to edit but later stated that it couldn't be done. Poor communication, and not even a partial refund for the eight that were trash. Overall a very disappointing experience. They make claims that Fiverr sellers come to them for faceless videos but it's the opposite, they outsource to Fiverr to do the job. They did not meet the deadline that was promised and the follow up was poor. Save yourself some time and money by going straight to Fiverr!
