Customer refunded value of items damaged + shipping costs
Update: Austrian Supermarket apologized about the issue and refunded the value of the damaged items + shipping costs! Thank you!
Ok, lets start from the beginning!
Before Christmas I ordered some items from Austrian Supermarket. When they arrived some of the items were damaged...inside the box (Everything was simply thrown into the box at random.) The box was not damaged from outside. After 6 emails back and forth the company just didn't reply anymore!
I am from Austria and I have to say: this is a disgrace !!!
