This website can NOT be trusted

This website can NOT be trusted. Nothing about it is “Australian”.. clearly they see Aussies as an easy target. The item I ordered from them was pictured and described as “safe for babies”.. the item I received was the size of a golf ball.. and definitely, without doubt, not a safe toy for babies… I was scammed. The website offers you the opportunity to leave a review which I did write.. however my negative feedback was never published. This website is a SCAM. I don’t believe the reviews on the products are to be trusted either.
Don’t waste your money (like I did)..
poorly packed, arrived in damaged packaging.. promoted as a bath toy, does not float. Product size doesn’t match the promoted images.

This company is a SCAM!!

This company is a SCAM!!! When you try contacting them on the email they give you, it bounces right back. No address given.... everything is in Chinese language. Rubbish quality. So much for "Australian Kids" they are trying to come across as "Australian"

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY - NO GOODS WILL BE SUPPLIED

This is the worst Company I have ever had to deal with. False Terms of Trade.
- Incorrect labelling resulted in Australia Post returning goods to Sender. AK take no responsibility for their error.
- No refund given
- Breaching Office of Fair Trading regulations
- Told to "please be patient" in email correspondence when checking up on status of refund after 60 days of non receipt of goods-
- NOT AUSTRALIAN
-Phone number not real

I ordered two items from Australian…

I ordered two items from Australian Kids. Shipping was approximately two weeks which I knew since I could see delivery was international. The products arrived in a satchel and as such the product packaging boxes were crushed which was disappointing. I'm providing a 4 star review however because of the customer service. When contacting Australian Kids, they responded within 24 hours with acknowledgement and solution (partial refund) which I was satisfied with given the low cost of product. Despite needing to do more to protect orders from likely damage in transit, I would consider shopping with them again.

This business is a scam

So very disappointed. Received my order today and very dodgy company. Items were cheap rubbish. I bought light up bath dinosaurs expecting a set different dinosaurs and different colours as shown in pictures. Was advertised half price from $40 to $20 and received one tiny dinosaur worth a couple of dollars. Absolute rubbish. The car I ordered was on sale from $80 to $40 and worth about $5 in a broken box. This company should be reported as a scam. 6 dinosaur pack on Amazon Australia is $20, they are selling 1 tiny dinosaur for $20. I feel embarrassed I got scammed. Temu selling the same car for $4.77 that I paid $40 for.

Total Rip Off

I received advice of delivery from the courier for this company. Nothing was delivered and POD photos were fake. Australian Kids and iMile (courier) both "investigated" for weeks. No parcel was ever delivered. No refund for purchase. Just email after email after email with excuses and more lies. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. Adding on 18 December in response to their reply. Needless to say I've received NOTHING. Glad they "appreciate the opportunity" to make things right! Hilarious.

I am sorry I did not read the reviews on the company before purchasing two items. The items are cheap and terrible quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THE COMPANY. They are not an Australian company and they cheap junk at absorbent prices.

1 star is too generous. Horrible cheap looking products, that they dont even care to transport safely. Items arrived damaged (but ended up being pretty crap anyway)

Dont purchase, save your money

Never received a order confirmation email, when i tried to contact the company, they asked for my order number....stated i didnt have one as i never recieved confimation- payment was taken.
Meanwhile goods arrived, damaged packaging, instructions for toys are in chinese.
Mis leading description of items, no customer service and NOT australian company.

You only get 1 dinosaur when you get the light up dinosaur bath toy.

I am bitterly disappointed with my order today.
I ordered the light up dinosaur bath toys reduced from $39.95 to $19.95 thinking I was getting a set. I thought my grandson would love this for Xmas. However this price was for a single dinosaurs. All the pictures advertising this product has kids playing with multiple. I was sad to receive only 1 today.

1 star is too generous for this…

1 star is too generous for this company. Firstly the phone number on their website is not connected. Secondly the photo on their website vs what I received is just a printout of the item. I wish I could add photos here.
I would like a full refund on my order and i am not paying to send back a photo copy of the item for the refund.
I'm embarrassed that I fell for this business.

NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY

Incredibly disappointing to realise that these items were cheap rubbish from
China arriving in a little plastic bag, where the colours of my items were all wrong and the packaging of the toys were damaged. The quality was disgusting - similar to temu and shein but not at those prices!!!
Return shipping is not included as advertised, they will just offer you a 30% refund. Reading their websites mislead me to believe they’re an Australian ran and owned company, which I like to support. I feel like I’ve been completely scammed. It’s illegal to do what they’re doing and I will be taking it further.

Very disappointed with the products I…

Very disappointed with the products I ordered. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. The packaging was damaged and there for not suitable to give as a gift. Products also lacked instructions.

This company is a scam, then took my money and never delivered the product. They said if I wanted to find out what happened to my product I had to contact the delivery company myself, which have also never gotten back to me.

False advertising - it's not Australian it's crap from China.

Plastic junk toys, worse than temu. I bought 3x dinosaur trucks. They are cheap plastic. Cost $13 each, I wouldn't pay more than $2 for them.

Crap packaging. Slow delivery.

Total waste of money.
