I purchased Aura in hopes of eventually buying a group plan for my employees I had two issues one was a logging issue. The other one was issued with my device I think being hacked I called in and spoke to several reps. The first one I spoke to actually on two occasions Lou. My issue was pretty easy once I got over to the technical team I spoke with Erin and he was able to solve my problem with no issues. I was on a work computer and didn’t know that I couldn’t be on a work computer and nobody told me that Lou wasn’t the only one that I spoke with. I spoke to several conversations. None of them knew how to fix my problem. All they were trying to do was sell me more features. Some of them are rude. Some of them seem clueless on how to help when I got to erin in technical support. It was frustrating that he couldn’t help me with my hacked device even though he was really nice and helped me get logged in pretty quickly. I did wait several days for them to reach back out to me every time I called in and try to speak to a technical specialist I would be transferred and put on hold one time I was transferred and left on hold for over 30 minutes and just had to hang up very frustrated with the type of support this company offers. There’s a big gap with supports knowledge. The only way that I would recommend this or the only way that I would purchase is for my company would be to have technical team’s direct phone number. The other agent that I had spoke with I believe his name was Rashawn or Rashad. He was pretty rude. He didn’t seem like he was much help and just wanted to pass me along to someone else to help. Very frustrated. Member going to cancel every time I tried it. It’s like I’m being held hostage.

I have had a problem with home title monitoring for over a year and have spoken to several AURA reps and have experienced extreme frustration until Julian got involved. He took a huge mess and diligently worked on it for months until it was fixed. Julian is huge asset for AURA. I would have left for one of your competitors if not for his help. Thanks Julian!

I had questions about whether or not to stay with Aura. My intention was to cancel. However, after speaking with Corey, who is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the service, I decided to remain a customer.
With ALL of the intelligence that criminal masterminds have, it is difficult to stay ahead of "the game".
The world is NOT the simple trusting place that it was 60 yrs ago as a child growing up. We must all be on alert to the dangerous of online experiences, whether we use it for many different things in our lives or just simply staying in touch with friends & relatives.
Because of Corey's vast knowledge, I now feel safer about being on the Internet for whatever reason!

I came here from ar eferral off Scammer Payback just to test it. However, I first couldn't fill out any info because I didn't live in the US, but I also got a damn charge of 8 USD FOR NO REASON
It said it was an CLEARLY FREE TRIAL, HOWEVER that did NOT work. I just got charged when I cancelled it immediately
I would like a refund, because this is a disappointment. I have made sure to unsubscribe within 24 hours.

I was experiencing issues starting the VPN on my laptop, and reported same in a previous review. Shortly their after, I was contacted by Bob in Aura's Resolution Center (My made-up name for it) to resolve the issue. Turns out it was a mixture of pilot error and conflicted code, but they worked diligently and patiently to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. That goes a very long way in my book.

I have used Aura now for two years. I have great experience with them. They constantly inform me of anybody checking my credit. In fact, while I was purchasing a car, the dealer was checking my credit. Aura notified me while he was still checking my credit. In my two years of service my personal information has been removed over 100+ data broker sites.
They will let me know of any activity on my bank accounts that exceed my limit set (very low). I also use the phone call and text monitoring service. I always get immediately notified on any blocked calls or voicemails from none contact persons on my phone. My phone does not even ring.
I have tried TotalAV, Avast, and other big name antivirus companies. But to me they did not fit my taste. I am getting comprehensive coverage on my identity and my computer and phone in one package.
I have has only one experience with customer service and my complaint was rectified almost immediately.
My software is updated regularly and my computer is clean of viruses. When I first put Aura on my gaming computer the software had problems with some of programs and would quarantine files. After notifying Aura that these were legitimate files the software stopped flagging the needed files for my games. My gaming computer uses Windows 10 because Windows 11 conflicts with some of my older games. So I entrust my gaming computer to Aura since Windows 10 no longer sending security updates to it.
I would recommend it to anybody looking for a good all around protection that you get with one package. And not need to get an antivirus, identity protection, and spam call protection sperately.

Title: Fabulous Tech gets rid of constant screen of VPN; re-installs AURA; and customer NOW able to access internet.
Chris was my third person at AURA I called since Saturday. The other technicians were not as knowledgeable about MAC/Apple as he is. Because he was patient, informed, quick thinking and polite,
I now can get online. (Before this correction I kept on getting, input VPN code).
Chris was able to determine why that screen was on, and we went through the steps to make AURA work.
