They gave me 5 things but then told me i had to fix it myself. I'm not paying them to tell me i have to do the work I understood they would. I'm 81 years old and don't know how to do those things and the customer service was useless.

They keep telling you that they did this and that, but there is no proof of actual work. They claim that they've sent hundreds of opt outs but there is no way of fact checking. Aggressive upselling with no results. I selected this company based on the comparison with other similar companies, but they sugarcoat their service with staggering underperformance and blatantly lie about other companies to look better. Smoke and mirrors. It doesn't look there is any reputable and honest company in this industry....

Tried for just over a month. I got plenty of alerts that my information was exposed and on the dark web and what not but it didn't seem like they really were doing anything about it.
During this time frame two of my cards also got hit with fraud charges which I haven't had happened to even one of my cards in over I'd say 10 to 15 years.

I’ve spoken with Cameron, Justin and Corey. Each one of them was knowledgeable, patient, supportive and last but far from least - friendly. Their pleasant friendly manner enabled me to feel comfortable to ask my questions. I do not consider myself savvy when it comes to technology but enrolling as a member online was very user friendly. It was not complicated. Since I’ve enrolled, I’ve been surprised as to the level of comprehensive protection Aura provides. We get regular updates including clean reports. I just didn’t expect this level of protection. We couldn’t be happier with Aura and the peace of mind we’re enjoying. Thank you.

I got this to help with spam calls. The next thing I know they are calling me to tell me about spam calls. Lol. Trying to sell me an upgrade or something for like another 100 bucks or something. Nothing worse then getting a spam call from a app that's supposed to stop them. Ruined a good product.

I now have security of mind. Before I realized it I had three different accounts with 3 different companies. Upon further investigation, I found out that some things in my information was covered three times over, while other critical things were covered at all. Now, I feel that everything is covered under one plan. I am still learning all the advantages, but I really feel that I made the right decision in protecting my personal information.

I had an outstanding experience working with Chris. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain the issue with my computer and walked me through the steps he was taking to fix it, which I really appreciated.

So i did the “trial” last year along with SEVENTEEN other apps i was trying out and none of them addressed my needs w my children so i canceled all of them… Well apparently this one got lost in the sauce and i forgot to cancel it. So I was charged LAST YEAR for the app which i NEVER USED, and i wasn’t even aware of it since it was on my wife’s CC + i get a ton of emails so i missed their emails, which is all MY fault thats fine. Ok. So i get a charge last week (which was a year later) for annual renewal and i actually see that one so i get in touch w these CLOWNS and they give me the run around saying EVEN THOUGH THEY CAN SEE I NEVER USE THE APP, THEY STILL CAN REFUSE TO REFUND ME!! So these ppl are CLOWNS who don’t do the right thing. THEIFS!!!! And i’m going to shout it from the rooftops!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH! THEY STOLE $254 FROM MY FAMILY!!! There is no excuse for them to NOT refund me…. This is a Software subscription which I NEVER USED! Its not a tangible item that lost value in my possession! 100% Greedy criminals these ppl…. I have no worry tho, God will avenge me.

Auto renewed without permission, with no warning. Service brags about how many requests they send to remove data, but doesn't tell you if it worked. I didn't sign up for auto renewal and have literally BEGGED for a refund, since I desperately need the money. They outright refuse. It renewed yesterday. Absolute scum bags. Cancellation is a complete nightmare, which I thought they were trying to make a legal these days. This is an absolute scam. Don't be fooled.
