Helpful staff, good information

Very professional approach to my test and was treated courteously by the lady in reception and the audiologist. Everything explained about the process test etc and the results

Everything was very professional my hearing test went well everything was explained The outcome was they are to expensive for me if they were a reasonable amount. They did make a big difference

Got myself a same day booking with the delightful Khadisha Walters (Dee). The service was great and I really appreciated seeing the before and after pictures. Would absolutely recommend.

Welcome from operative. Explanation offered of check. Examination given thoroughly undertaken. Visual given of state ear was in. New appointment given due to failure to see eardrum. Recommendation of spray required

No problems every thing was straight forward and easy mainly due to the lady operating the tests and the upgrading of my hearing aids.

Representative turned up at the booked time. She explained what she had planned for the testing, but unfortunately after an internal inspection of my ears, could not continue with the testing because I have a build-up of wax in both ears. She explained what was observed, but never in a condescending manner.

I attended an appointment at the Barnstaple shop today. Excellent experience made by the staff especially Shaun Samuels.

My experience was great, the gentleman kept me relaxed and comfortable.

After two trips to Amplifon in Exmouth and Exeter to take up the 2 week free trial I drove on the third occasion supposedly to collect my hearing aids. En route and just 5 minutes before I was due to arrive I received text to say my appointment was cancelled. I still want into Exmouth brach to be told ,"we are not doing the two week trial now and your hearing aids are out of stock."
I wrote to head office asking for an explanation, no explanation was given. I was offered £20 towards my travel costs. If this is the way they treat customers then I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. DISGRACEFUL.!

The appointment was late but it was a good and thorough hearing test . I got to my appointment in Skipton on time but they could not find my name on their system. I showed them my email which had my appointment and it transpired that they had double booked at 3.30pm. I had to wait until they finished to see me and that was about 30 minutes late. I was asked to come back at another time but I preferred to wait as my appointment was once already cancelled. I was quite fed up and annoyed with the whole thing to be honest.

I visited Hidden Hearing for my free hearing teat. Easy to find very welcoming receptionist offered refreshments. Went to have my hearing test met Lilly who is very friendly and puts you at ease. Explained everything what she was going to do in the test was professional and explained that I do need hearing aids there was no pressure to buy anything . Fantastic I would recommend Lilly and "Hidden Hearing" to all my family and friends thankyou .
