I called your branch in Barnstable today regarding I left my hearing charger back home in Sandhurst Berkshire your colleague at your brain said that was not a problem. She could loan me one for a couple of days while I was down here. What a wonderful service. Sharon was lovely and friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful absolute lifesaver.

I have had an appointment with Shaun Samuels this morning, he was incredibly helpful and informative, he has sorted the issues I was having with my hearing aids and also saved me money! Thanks Shaun

What a fantastic service.
Not only a thorough examination but Shaun explained everything he was doing and what it meant.
I have delayed going to get my hearing tested due to the stigma and just putting up with bad hearing.
I would have gone to Hidden Hearing years ago if I'd had known the level of service I would have received and the damage I have been causing not getting my hearing checked out.

My advise to you would be, get a checkup as soon as you can.

I wasn't very comfortable wearing earring aids but when he explained to me what they do and how they work I was Very impressed, my hearing is much better now I can join in conversations with my family and friends a lot better.

The helpfulness of Sharon and her expertise.

Last week, I had a yearly review of my experience with my Oticon hearing aids. The process was efficient and did not take much time. And because Sean had travelled to a site much nearer to me, I didn't have too far to drive.

Service was friendly and professional throughout. Shaun answered all our questions and we're delighted with the results.

I have been a customer in the Barnstaple branch for nearly 3 years now and nothing whatsoever is any problem for either Shaun or Sharon, who are always so helpful.
I visited Shaun a couple of weeks ago for a tweak to my hearing levels and today, Sharon was really good in organising the replacement of my Oticon ear grips.
I am never disappointed with the service I receive and if you have a hearing problem, I really cannot recommend Hidden Hearing at Barnstaple highly enough.

This was my 1st hearing test. Shaun was very friendly and made me feel relaxed and welcome.He was very thorough in all the testing and gave easy to grasp and understand explanations. Can definitely recommend.

The usual excellent service provided by Shaun, the man in charge of sorting out your hearing problems This time a little tweaking of existing aids sorted out my own particuiar problem. I will be back in a year's time for a quick and efficient checkup
