Used Group 1 Lowestoft for my last 24-month contract service. Normally, the interaction with the service team has been quite informative regarding what needs to be done and which jobs have been identified by the service.
Sadly, as expected, and it's been occurring over time, the customer focus lacks any visible enthusiasm. In my opinion, the business model of Group1 does no justice to the Audi company or its customers in general. On my previous visit, and asked to complete the survey, and my response was not very positive regarding the vehicle condition when I picked it up. My comments were not welcomed after receiving a phone call and an email.
So this time I was expecting and received a lack of customer care by the person who normally deals with my vehicle, on arrival and after the vehicle had been serviced. Others made excuses for why this person could not do face to face. When picking the keys up, an employee made the excuses, failed to go through the paperwork with me, e.g. action items found which has happened for the last 10 years and also which made me smile, did not ask me if I wished to renew the 24 month service contract. Now that's good business for Audi?
If the Group1 culture is to think that criticism is not welcome, and from this they do not care about long term customers and future business, so be it. What they have to remember is that there are plenty of other dealerships, vehicle manufacturers out there, and that customers' money is king.
So that's what I will be doing in the future, handing over my money to someone who appreciates my business.
January 2025 I came out of hospital while in Ashford Kent. My car was due its MOT and I still had to drive home to Scotland. Found an Audi recognised agents who performed this MOT for me. The only required minor item was a small crack in the rear offside lense. All bulbs were intact and working. The cost of a new lenses £250. So I told this garage I would wait until I got home and fixed this in my preferred Audi garage at, Hillington Road. A week or so I contacted the Audi at Hillington where I have bought several Audi cars previously. I phoned to book a service and requested that they also replace the defective lense. I was informed that their "Audi" technician would have to do a diagnostic on this lense as their technicians cannot accept another mechanics word for it. I then told Hillington that this matter was detected by an Audi qualified mechanic at an appointed Audi garage. Oh no, this was not good enough. Hillington Audi mechanics would have to do their own diagnostics on this tail light. What? How much more for these minor diagnostic. £250.00 What is the point of having an appointed Audi garage and technician do any necessary work? Just take your Audi to some backstreet garage who know how to remove a couple of screws. This is my last Audi. I did contact Audi UK looking for some common sense. None here as in Hillington. Disgusted!

I was helped by a lady called Yolela from Customer Service and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. She asked for some details and said she would call back in 30 Mins to confirm it had been received.
I received a call as promised and had been emailed all the relevant info.
Really happy with the service
As someone who was with Tariq throughout this process, I was shocked by the way Open Road Audi of Manhattan treated us. We visited on October 1 and October 18, 2025, excited to purchase a new 2025 Audi SQ5. Tariq was financially qualified and prepared to pay in full, but we were pressured for large wire transfers before even seeing pricing or financing terms.
Sales representative Romani Oniani insisted on a credit check before a test drive. Steven Rubinchik never facilitated a proper finance discussion. John Palanca abandoned us for hours during what was supposed to be a signing appointment. And one representative — calling himself “Roger” — told us to “shop in Huntington” after seeing a ZIP code, which felt blatantly discriminatory.
I had always associated Audi with professionalism and premium service. This experience was humiliating and deeply disappointing. I hope Audi Corporate investigates and holds this dealership accountable.
Very pleased with my experience couldn't have asked for a better service!
Lack of information even when actively contacting the service, no temporary car pro-actively offered in spite of that being explicit in the leasing contract.

Why do people buy this BMW and Mercedes, when it’s an Audi? Imho the most underrated car brand with mentioned strength of their main competitors: speed and comfort. Just look at quattro technology and try to drive it. You will the difference.About problems in engines… I bought it from an official dealer and had a mileage of 100k without any big repairs. Over the past four months, my car has been with you for almost two months in total, yet it remains unfixed. This level of incompetence has caused me extreme stress, wasted countless hours, and created unnecessary inconvenience. Frankly, the handling of my vehicle and my concerns has been unacceptable.
Key Issues:
1. Incomplete Repairs & Miscommunication
* I was explicitly assured by Aziz that all outstanding work had been completed. Upon collection, this was clearly false.
* Aziz’s communication has been unprofessional, misleading, and completely unacceptable. I refuse to deal with him further, and I strongly urge that he undergo proper retraining.

3. Lack of Response & Broken Promises
* My email to Malik dated 15/05/25, along with multiple follow-up calls, was ignored. No booking was ever made for the scratches and chips as promised.
* This blatant disregard for customer communication is entirely unacceptable.

5. Courtesy Car Failures
* When my car broke down, I was left without a vehicle for two days due to Enterprise delays. This is appalling, particularly considering I purchased a new vehicle just months ago.

7. Damage to Personal Property
* While in your care, my Minichamps 1:87 2020 Audi E-Tron model, imported from Germany, was broken. This was left on my dashboard in a damaged state without explanation or apology. I have attached receipt for reimbursemen £30.22, please let me know when this is complete.

9. Unacceptable Handover Experience
* After nearly two months in your care, my car was returned without an explanation or detailed invoice of the work carried out & uncharged. This is the very least that could have been done as a goodwill gesture.
I would just like to say a massive thank you to Gurdeep at Leicester Audi.. the service from start to finish was so simple stress free and easy, gurdeep kept me updated throughout the whole process, he also managed to get the car from Germany to the uk with a 10 day turn around.. he really did go above and beyond he really is a credit to your team! He was so supportive and really went the extra mile to get the car for me. I would like to say if anyone ever needs a car go to Gurdeep he is the main plug, and really does get the best spec of cars for you! I am not one to be speechless but when I seen my brand new 75 plate I really was for the first time! Thank you again soo much.
A7 Audi,Several times over the last 3 year's car failed on the road during holiday. Towing service from Audi is for very short range. Repairs very costly. I service my car only with Audi.
