I am writing this in English to reach as many people as possible and hopefully save others from going through the same experience.
My experience with Audi Amager has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the beginning, the level of service and professionalism has not matched what you would expect from a brand like Audi. There have been repeated issues with my car, long waiting times, and poor coordination between departments.
One of the biggest concerns is the lack of accountability. When problems occur, it feels like responsibility is constantly pushed around rather than properly handled. Instead of clear solutions, I have often been met with delays, unclear answers, and additional costs.
There also seems to be a lack of available parts and proper follow-up, which only adds to the inconvenience and wasted time. As a customer, you expect efficiency and transparency — unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership does their research first. There are videos online, including Jon’s video on YouTube, that reflect similar concerns and experiences, which I unfortunately can now relate to.
Overall, this has been a very poor experience, and I would not recommend Audi Amager based on how my case has been handled.

Holding my summer tires without an estimate of when we can pick them up and remove them from Audi. Apparently Audi decided to move tires and what I suspect misplace them right at the peak season for tire changes. No real answers, no solutions and all you get is "I'll put a note in the system" which really means "we have no idea where your tires are and we don't have a clue on what to do". Terrible service! Never experienced anything like this and will not buy Audi when it's time to chose my next car.

I bought an A5 (2021 model) that needed a software (GPS) update.
After 3 days of keeping the car in the workshop, they failed to run the update, and returned the car in the worst undrivable shape, taking no responsibility whatsoever, and asking 50,000 Kr to change the entire computer!
Absolutely absurd, right!! Voyager 1, 50 billion km far from earth could be updated remotely. Audi Amager couldn't even run a simple software update on their machine.
I brought the car to a local Audi workshop, and in one day, they successfully updated the software, which costed me 1000 kr!
I will never step into Audi Amager.

I had an unpleasant experience with the service at Audi Amager. I took my car to the damage department for an inspection and was promised a callback within 2 hours to schedule an appointment. However, after waiting for 6 hours without receiving a call, I had to contact the standard phone number (as I did not have the department phone number) and waited on hold for over an hour (I reported this to Audi |Denmark as I know it is a call center not Audi Amager ). Despite being promised a callback, I never received one.
Then a called the 70 70 10 25 again and I finally got in touch with the representative, I was given an appointment in two months.
The story did not end here, I waited 2 month for my appointment and the day before, at 15:00 I received a SMS from the representative saying that they try to call me (no one did) to tell me that they are sorry that they have to postpone my appointment, I called our famous guy again and he promised he will call me next day for a new appointment.
Of course he did not call, so I called him and explain that I have some plans in a week so they have to help me find a solution as it is not my fault and his answer was "there is nothing we can do to you, you need to book a new appointment ", after a long discussion he gave me an appointment in 5 days, but in the first appointment the car was supposed to stay in their shop for only 4 days but with the new appointment it will stay for 10 days. So technically I did not get a better time, I got an early appointment but I am going to receive my car in 10 days instead of 4 days.
Until the time I am writing this, the story with Audi Amager still did not end.
