Regulatory Warning: How Audacity Capital Uses Subjective "Gambling" Definitions to Nullify Verifiable Data (Account #186876)

This review presents an objective evaluation of Audacity Capital’s compliance practices regarding Account #186876. It is fully supported by MetaTrader 5 trade logs and contradictory email evidence from their Risk Team.

Traders must be aware of how this firm replaces its visible, automated rules with highly subjective manual metrics during the payout process:

1. Statistical Proof of a Mechanical System: The Risk Team's final correspondence claimed my account demonstrated a lack of a "systematic and mechanical approach." This claim is completely disproven by the official trade history log. Over 14 days of trading, the account achieved a 72.7% win rate (16 wins, 6 losses) with a flawless 0.00% Daily Drawdown and 0.00% Total Drawdown. A "gambling" or random approach cannot mathematically maintain a 72.7% accuracy rate while entirely protecting corporate equity from a single pip of negative drawdown.

2. The Leverage and Margin Paradox: The firm's risk team stated that it is "impossible to enter a trade where margin is already at 80%." However, Audacity Capital publicly markets and provides 1:100 leverage on Metals for the Ability program. My 1.0 lot XAUUSD trade cleared seamlessly within the broker's technical server parameters. The firm explicitly admitted in writing that no technical margin call or stop-out occurred, and both positions closed immediately in net profit (+$122.00 and +$286.00). Punishing a trader for utilizing the exact purchasing power provided by the platform—while admitting the trader fully controlled the risk boundaries—is an operational contradiction.

3. Vague, Unquantified Definitions used to Deny Payouts: While the firm publicly markets that the automated "Consistency Rule" has been removed, they utilize vague terminology like "Lot Size Misuse" and "Gambling Behavior" on their website without providing any precise numerical limits or maximum lot-to-account ratios. This lack of defined, mathematical thresholds allows the compliance team to apply purely emotional, retroactive judgments to deny payouts on accounts that successfully cleared the automated dashboard tracker (where my Consistency Score passed at 55.46).

The data proves that I fully respected every visible parameter, protected their capital flawlessly, and executed a highly accurate system. I am sharing this case study to inform the community that meeting 100% of the platform's quantitative goals may still result in a denial based on unlisted, subjective interpretations by the firm.

Excellent Professional Support and Clear Communication (Will update upon payout)

I recently had a very productive meeting with the management and Risk Team at Audacity Capital to discuss and clarify some specific trading rules. I highly appreciate their professionalism, transparency, and willingness to listen. During our call, they thoroughly explained their guidelines and were incredibly cooperative, demonstrating that they truly value their traders and prioritize constructive communication. I am currently trading on a $240,000 Live account and am very satisfied with the level of support provided.
Note: I will update this review once I successfully process and receive my first payout to confirm the complete withdrawal experience.

Stuck on "Processing" for 3 days - Terribly slow support and no account activation!

I purchased the 5K Ability Challenge account on June 8, 2026, during their anniversary promotion. The payment of $17.50 was successfully deducted from my bank card, and the transaction is fully visible in my Audacity billing history under Payment ID: 61181 as "Processing".

However, today is June 11, and it has been over 72 hours, but my account has still not been activated. I have opened multiple support tickets and sent emails with my official bank receipt attached. First, they told me they didn't receive the money, and after I provided the proof, they said my case was "escalated" to the relevant team. Since then, I have received zero updates and no MT5 credentials.

This is a terrible experience for a trader. If you cannot automate your system or manually link a clear payment within 3 days, do not sell challenges. I demand an immediate manual activation of my account associated with Payment ID: 61181 or a full refund.

Unprofessional company - Profit withdrawal is ignored!

I am extremely disappointed with Audacity Capital. I achieved a profit on my live account (Account ID: 184060) and requested a withdrawal of $151 via USDT (TRC20). However, my payout has been stuck on "Pending" for a long time, and the support team completely ignores my messages. No one replies to emails or chats. They are quick to take your money for the challenge, but when it comes to paying out the trader's hard-earned profit, they disappear. Do not waste your time and money with this company! They do not respect their traders.

Even after payment (sending usdt ) to…

Even after payment (sending usdt ) to their wallet adress , they were still unable to verify my payment and after 2 days agreed upon refund and said within more 3 days it'll be done . But today is the 8th day of no refund received they have now started to ignore my messages and mail that I send to them . It's very cheap behaviour of this company. This company is fraud and no one should ever buy this company's challenge because they'll never give payouts

Update 10th june

After exchanging some messages with Audacity today, I gave the risk interview and everything went well. They will now reconsider the matter, and I may receive the payout. I will provide updates accordingly.

Update 11th june ( pics proof available on propfirmmatch )

I declined their below offer.

Quote:-

Dear Trader,

We apologise for the delay, and thank you for joining the interview.

Kindly note that as per the risk committee decision we will grant you a free $5K Challenge account as gesture of goodwill, to prove yourself.

We also want to address an information that you posted, we won't be approving your payout on the old account since it is proceeds from serious violation(s) that resulted in a hard breach.

We also encourage you to take down your previous post and write a new review with the proper information.

We rely on your cooperation and compliance with our trading rules.

DO NOT TRUST AUDACITY CAPITAL- SCAMMERS!!!

DO NOT TRUST AUDACITY CAPITAL

Scammers!!! They Fabricate reasons to breach your account once you are profitable.

I passed a 10K challenge and went on to have a 1st payout. The moment I requested the payout, the games began. I requested the payout on 24th March 2026. I got no acknowledgment of the payout request, no email nothing. So I thought I did something incorrect. I went to the traders dashboard and requested the payout a 2nd time.
On 30th March (7 days later) I got an email from them stating that my request to withdraw was rejected because it was duplicated!! I sent them an email protesting saying that the reason I requested a 2nd time was because I got no acknowledgment of the 1st withdrawal.

My thoughts then was...how can you reject a traders payout if they were careful to follow all your rules? The payout was rejected on grounds that had absolutely nothing to do with trading or keeping to their rules. 1st Red Flag.
In any event they probably thought the better of it and eventually paid me the 1st payout.

Enter my 2nd payout request
So I carefully traded the account to a 2nd payout.
This time it was again REJECTED!! They said that I copy/reverse traded with another firm. I was like WHAT!! Madness!! I have NEVER and will NEVER do something like that. They sent me some random pictures of my trades next to GOD knows who's trades and said that when I sold this firm bought the same lot sizes. So that means that I am in collusion with them.
So I went on to ask for proof....Company's name etc.
They emailed me seemingly concerned saying they will do a deeper dive into the trades. Then after 2 days they sent me an email saying that they were correct that I copy traded some firm. They could not provide any info on who I copied and how exactly they came to that conclusion. I sent many emails asking for proof. None was provided.

They contacted me on WhatsApp and offered to pay me if I took down my reviews on Trust Pilot and Prop Firm Match. I told them they can keep their payout. My integrity is worth more than $480 bucks!! (I have screen shots of this).

My dear traders, trading is hard enough. You spend your time, hard earned dollars, pain and suffering to qualify an account taking losses after losses. You spend weeks, months, years perfecting a strategy. When you finally get a payout it is a really hard and a very BAD thing for a Prop Firm, because they don't want to pay you, make up all sorts reasons to decline your payment.

Audacity Capital is just dishonest. Also what is MOST upsetting to me is that they are accusing me of under handed practices and dishonesty when they are the ones being dishonest.

I really wish there was some Government Body we could report to, to deal with such unethical behavior by these Firms.

My Advice: Stay clear of AUDACITY CAPITAL. Don't waste your time and hard earned money!!!
(I have all the emails and WhatsApp proof)
