They don't pay large profits

UPDATE – REGARDING AUDACITY CAPITAL'S RESPONSE
The response still does not answer the fundamental question: what specific published rule applicable to account 201645 was violated? It interprets the trading behaviour but does not identify the T&C clause allegedly breached.
1. Previous payout – $3,995.64
This actually supports the trader's position. The same account was traded using the same approach. Audacity monitored the activity, reviewed it and approved a previous payout. If this trading behaviour was incompatible with Audacity's Risk standards, why was no warning issued at that time? Why was trading allowed to continue until a substantially larger payout was requested?
2. The $11,431 trade was held for ~3 days
A longer trade is not automatically a violation. Audacity's published rules allow overnight/weekend positions. No clause has been identified establishing a maximum holding period or prohibiting a 3-day position. If no such rule existed, the duration cannot retrospectively become a violation simply because previous trades were shorter.
3. One trade generated most of the profit
Audacity publicly states there is no consistency rule. If a maximum percentage of profit was permitted from one trade/day, that rule and limit should be identifiable. Otherwise, one trade generating most of the profit is simply a fact, not evidence of a breach.
4. “Without this trade the account would be ~$1.4K negative”
This proves no violation. Any result changes if its best trade is removed. The $11,431 trade actually occurred and generated profit. The relevant issue remains: what published rule did it violate?
5. Three XAUUSD losses (~4.41%)
Three consecutive losses do not automatically constitute a breach. If 4.41% exceeded the permitted drawdown/risk limit, the applicable limit and breached clause should be identified. If it remained within permitted limits, calling it risky afterwards does not turn it into a violation.
6. Alleged “revenge trade”
This is an interpretation of the trader's intention, not proof of a contractual breach. If “revenge trading” was prohibited under objective criteria applicable to this account, those criteria and how this trade breached them should be identifiable.
7. “Confidential Risk methodology”
Disclosure of algorithms or confidential procedures is not being requested. The question is simply which rule was breached? How a violation is detected may be confidential; the rule traders are required to obey cannot be confidential. A trader cannot comply with an undisclosed rule.
8. No warning when the alleged violation occurred
Audacity knew about the July 23 losses when they occurred. The position size, duration and accumulating profit were visible in real time. Yet no warning of a rule violation was issued and there was no request to close the position. Why did the trading behaviour become unacceptable only when the payout was requested?
9. The $2,088.64 partial payment
The original review never claimed that Audacity paid nothing. The issue is that the full eligible profit was not paid, with the remainder withheld following a Risk assessment without identification of the specific published rule allegedly breached. A partial payment does not answer that issue.
10. The central question remains:
What exact clause of the T&C applicable to account 201645 between 6 July and 28 August 2026 was violated by the ~$11,431 profitable trade?
The clause, rule/limit and how the trade exceeded it should be clearly identifiable.
If no such published rule can be identified, the original concern remains: profit generated within the published rules was subsequently subjected to undisclosed internal Risk criteria at payout stage.
Audacity's right to establish Risk rules is not disputed. What is disputed is the application of unpublished criteria retrospectively after the trades were executed.
Traders must know the rules before they trade, not discover new criteria when they request their profits.

Hi,

We have reviewed this matter in detail and believe several important facts have been omitted from the review.

First, the suggestion that Audacity Capital simply refused to pay the trader because he generated a large profit is incorrect. The trader had previously received $3,995.64 from us, and $2,088.64 was also processed in connection with the payout request referenced in this review.

The remaining payout was not assessed on the basis that a trader is prohibited from making a large profit from a single trade. The account was subjected to a Risk review of the underlying trading behavior.

The distinction is important.

The approximately $11.4K winning position was held for approximately three days. The other trades reviewed on the account were generally held for minutes to hours. The position therefore represented a substantial deviation from the trader's observed trading pattern, in addition to being overwhelmingly responsible for the account's profitability.

The preceding trading activity was also material to the review. On 23 July, three consecutive XAUUSD positions resulted in approximately 4.41% of account equity being lost in a single day, with the trades opened within relatively short intervals of one another.

Most importantly, when the approximately $11.4K position is removed from the calculation, the account's result over the reviewed period would have been approximately $1.4K negative.

Consequently, the Risk concern was not “the trader made too much money.” It was the combination of a significant preceding loss sequence, materially different position duration, the characteristics of the position itself, and the fact that one atypical trade effectively transformed an otherwise negative account result into a positive one.

That is why the account was reviewed as a risk-management matter rather than simply a profitability matter.

We understand that the trader may disagree with the outcome. However, disagreement with a Risk determination does not change the underlying trading record.

We also cannot disclose confidential internal Risk methodology or account-review procedures publicly. What we can clarify is that the account was reviewed on the basis of its actual trading behavior and not simply because the trader generated a large profit.
The payment history and the trading record speak for themselves.

All the best for your future endeavors.

Be careful what AudaCity Capital…

Be careful what AudaCity Capital actually advertises vs. how they enforce their rules.

I purchased a $200,000 Ability Challenge with AudaCity Capital. During trading, I had an open position carrying a temporary floating (unrealized) profit of over $7,000 that I never closed or banked. That position happened to still be open at their daily rollover (00:00 GMT+2). Hours later, after the market moved against the open position, my account was terminated for a "Daily Drawdown breach" — triggered by a threshold that had been quietly raised using that unrealized floating profit, money I never actually locked in.

Here's the part that should concern any prospective trader: AudaCity Capital publicly markets itself with a comparison table describing its drawdown model as "Balance-Based (Static)" and states directly that this model calculates risk from your starting account balance, NOT your floating or unrealized profits, specifically so you aren't penalized for temporary market swings. That is not what happened to me. My account was assessed and failed using equity, including unrealized profit, which directly contradicts their own public claim.

When I raised this discrepancy with their Risk and Support teams, over multiple detailed exchanges, they defended the technical calculation by pointing me to a separate, more specific rules page — one most traders would never think to cross-check against the marketing page that sold them the challenge. They confirmed the calculation was "correct" per that page. But they never once addressed or corrected the contradiction with their own marketing material, despite me raising it directly and repeatedly. The final response I received was a flat "the decision remains unchanged."

I am a returning customer who has purchased multiple challenges with this firm. That history counted for nothing.

If you're considering AudaCity Capital, don't take their marketing pages at face value. Read the specific FAQ/rules page for your exact program before you trade a single position, because what's advertised and what's enforced are not the same thing here.

Positive

I have been trading with Audacity Capital for 1 + year already.
What I would admit is that:
- The trading conditions are stable, with competitive spreads and a reliable platform execution that allows for smooth daily operations;
- Transparent trading rules;
- Swapfree accounts as a basis.

I reached my 10% profit with Instant account and then received my withdrawal in crypto. The withdrawal process took a few weeks after approval - too long, but okay.

I would like to mention Rolando from the support team. He went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue quickly and professionally. His clear communication and helpful attitude made a huge impression on me.

What i would like the company to make:
- the clarity cards for each account showing what violations that took place this day (or stating that there were no violations).
- automated denials for positions to open during the high impact news.
- more instruments to trade with
(platinum and vix).

feeling really, really furious

I’m writing this review of the prop firm AudaCity Capital whilst feeling really, really furious…
A few days ago, I purchased a funded account worth $50K, account number 232074.
On the first day, I traded without any problems and made a profit of $1,039… Today I logged back in to continue trading and took just one trade; after nearly three hours holding my position, they blocked access to my account and notified me by email that I had reached my daily drawdown, even though I was monitoring my position in real time!!! As access to my MT5 account was blocked, I couldn’t verify the accuracy of this information, and their email didn’t explain anything.
I went back to the chart and, to my great surprise, there were no large-bodied candles moving against my trade!!! On the contrary, they were all small, insignificant candles.
Conclusion : it is 1000 per cent certain that I did not hit my daily drawdown.
My view of AudaCity Capital as an institutional firm now really needs to be reconsidered.

UPDATE 2

UPDATE 2

AudaCity still has not responded.

After their public reply saying they wanted to understand the situation and work towards a resolution, I clearly explained my position.

I no longer want to continue the challenge. After my own experience with the incorrect breach, and the recent concerns around payouts, I don't see a reason to spend more time trying to pass a challenge when I no longer trust what may happen at the payout stage.

I also made my preferred resolution very clear.

I paid 545 USDT for this challenge. I would like my challenge fee refunded so I can close the account and end my relationship with AudaCity.

So far, no response.

At this point I am not asking for anything complicated. I am asking to get my 545 USDT back and walk away.

AudaCity publicly said they wanted an opportunity to resolve my concerns.

The opportunity is here.

Absolute disappointment

My experience with Audacity Capital was very disappointing.

After passing the challenge and generating profit on my funded account, my payout was declined and the account was closed following their review.

I strongly recommend reading all of their rules carefully before purchasing a challenge and deciding for yourself whether the conditions are suitable for you.

I’ve been trading with prop firms for several years, so before paying for any new challenge I always check what other funded traders are saying about the company.

Recently, Audacity Capital became a topic of discussion in the trading communities I follow, and the concerns being raised about payout disputes immediately made me reconsider them.

A cheap challenge or attractive promotion can save you a little money upfront. But that saving is irrelevant if you’re going to invest weeks of work and then have doubts when it’s time to withdraw your profits.

For me, a prop firm should be judged primarily by what happens after a trader becomes profitable, not by how attractive its marketing looks before the purchase

Audacity is a scam for i got verified and live account was given to me after profit made the date of my withdrawal when I requested for rewards the said I have to verify I tired several times they rej

Here’s a shorter, sharper version that keeps the strongest points:

⚠️ EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH AUDACITY CAPITAL

I successfully completed the Ability Challenge 2-Step, reached the funded stage, and had my KYC/profile previously verified and approved, with email and screenshot evidence to prove it.

My first payout was due on 31 August 2026. Surprisingly, when it was time for the payout, my account suddenly showed as unverified, and I was asked to verify again.

I submitted the required documents multiple times, but they were repeatedly rejected. Eventually, Audacity Capital informed me that they would no longer partner with me and accused me of submitting false documents.

This is extremely concerning. If my documents were false, why was my KYC previously approved? Why was I allowed to complete the challenge and trade a funded account until the payout stage?

I have screenshots, emails, verification records, and rejection messages documenting everything.

The timing and handling of this situation are deeply disappointing. Traders deserve transparency and consistent treatment, especially when payouts are involved.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Audacity Capital and strongly advise traders to exercise extreme caution.

Not worth the risk

I was considering buying an Audacity Capital challenge after seeing their ads, but after reading multiple complaints about payout issues and seeing a serious payout dispute shared in our trading community, I changed my mind.

For a prop trader, getting paid is the most important part. I’m not willing to risk my money and time with a firm where payout disputes are a recurring concern.

I’ll be choosing another prop firm.

Trading can be a lonely and stressful but Audacity Capital actually makes it feel like someone's got my back. My payouts came through on time, and that I'm not constantly second-guessing whether I'll get paid for my work, has been huge for my mental game. That confidence alone has made me a better trader. Add on fair evaluation rules and a clean platform, and honestly it is one of the best decisions I've made in this journey. 📈 #FundedTrading #ForexTrading #AudacityCapital

Too many payout complaints

Too many payout complaints — not worth the risk

I work with a community of prop traders and recently came across a trader’s experience with Audacity Capital involving a serious payout dispute.

I had actually seen Audacity Capital’s advertising and was considering buying a challenge myself. Before doing so, I checked their Trustpilot page and was surprised by the number of complaints mentioning payout problems — involving both smaller and larger amounts.

After seeing these complaints and following the case shared in our trading community, I decided not to buy a challenge.

For me, it simply isn’t worth spending money on a challenge, putting in the time to pass it, becoming funded and generating profits if there is a risk of facing serious problems when it’s finally time to get paid.

I won’t be purchasing a challenge from Audacity Capital, and based on what I’ve seen, I wouldn’t recommend other traders buy one either.

Do your research before paying for a challenge.

I trade with prop firms and recently…

I trade with prop firms and recently came across several discussions about Audacity Capital in trading communities. What concerned me most was seeing traders raising questions and complaints about payouts.

For me, payouts are the foundation of this entire industry. Traders pay for challenges, spend their time passing evaluations and work to become profitable specifically because they expect the firm to honor successful results.

Discounts, promotions and large funded accounts may look attractive, but none of that matters if there are serious doubts at the payout stage.

After what I’ve seen discussed by other traders, I’ve decided not to try Audacity Capital. There are enough alternatives available that I don’t see a reason to take this additional risk.

Disappointed

I’ve recently seen Audacity Capital mentioned repeatedly in prop trading communities, particularly in discussions about traders experiencing problems at the payout stage.
That immediately changed my view of the company. A prop firm can offer attractive challenges, large account sizes and aggressive discounts, but none of those things matter if traders have serious concerns about receiving their profits.
We spend real money on evaluations and, more importantly, invest our time into passing them. I’m not interested in doing all of that only to potentially end up in a lengthy payout dispute.
Based on what I’ve seen from the trading community, I’ve decided to stay away from Audacity Capital and choose another prop firm.

I’ve been following recent discussions about Audacity Capital within the prop trading community, and the number of concerns surrounding payouts is difficult to ignore.

For any prop trader, the most important question isn’t how cheap the challenge is or how attractive the funded account looks. It’s simple: what happens when you become profitable and request your money?

Traders invest their own money, time and effort into passing evaluations. If there are serious concerns about payout disputes afterward, no discount or promotion makes that risk worthwhile.

After everything I’ve seen and read from other traders, I personally wouldn’t risk my time or money with Audacity Capital. I’ll choose another firm where I have more confidence in the payout process
