From the minute we walked into the rooms of Attune at Aspley, we were greeted by a very helpful, lovely receptionist.
I noticed that as each patient came in that she treated them with a lovely smile and was so nice and helpful and then to be assessed by someone with the calibre of Robin, made it so much easier for me.
Treating each patient with different problems can be trying for the practitioner, but even though it was the end of the day, Robin was not only lovely but was very patient with my difficulties.
My husband is an ex-School Principal and we know how important it is to treat people not only with respect, but to help to make them feel happy and at ease, and in this case it then makes it so much easier for both the patient and practitioner.
Thank you so much Robin, you have no idea how much I appreciated your help.

Do NOT recommend!!
We took our 2 year old daughter for a hearing test in January at the Wickham Tce branch. The male audiologist made a very quick judgement and thought it appropriate to tell us he thinks our daughter has autism or ADHD. He also made numerous comments that her behaviour was not “normal”. As first time parents we were shocked and upset (I was in tears). No reassurance or comfort or so much as a tissue was offered. After leaving we have discussed with our GP as well as other medical professionals all of whom agree that this was highly inappropriate for the audiologist to say this. He is not qualified to diagnose these things, merely to test hearing. I certainly would NOT recommend anyone else to go there. Bedside manner has left a lot to be desired.

I have been a cochlear recipient from 2007 and have been looked after by the wonderful people who work at Attune, Wickham Tce. They have always provided exceptional service!
Karen (Cochlear Senior Advocate) is very friendly, caring, professional and available to help with any concerns.
If a problem arises, Barbara (Cochlear Client Advocate) and Catherine on reception are most helpful, providing the necessary help and information... and always with a pleasant manner.
I cannot speak highly enough of Karen and her team!
