First of all malachite reacts with water - so to advertise a malachite pendant as waterproof either means they’re lying about it being waterproof or it’s fake. Second of all the shipping is ridiculous. It’s extraordinarily slow and everything is foreign despite it shipping from Georgia and nothing is transparent.

Ordered necklace for 21st Birthday gift well over a week ago and still not received, cannot contact the company as they do not have a phone number and do not respond to emails?
It also appears the items are from China? This company is supposed to be Canadian so why shipping from China?
Birthday is TODAY and NOTHING and no way of finding out where it is either?
If it’s from China then if we do actually receive it hope it’s not cheap Chinese jewellery as this company is misleading everyone and the jewellery is not cheap!
I would save yourself a lot of waiting and disappointment by not buying anything from this company!

I brought the blossom earrings after the brand had been recommended by a friend and I love them so much! I went and brought more! I shower and sleep with them in. They are so comfy they don’t hurt my ears at all even though I wear a headset for work! Would definitely buy from them again!!!

Great customer service. One of the products not as expected but I was able to swap it.

I subscribed to the monthly mystery box. The first box I gave to a friend so I have no comment on the items in this one. The second mystery box contained a necklace with a heart and a bracelet with 3 freshwater pearls.
The heart on the necklace continually flips upside down and the pearls on the bracelet are not fixed into place and slide down close to the clasp so that they are not visible. The response from customer service was the although they acknowledge the jewelery did not meet my expectations, the design is intentional and they would pass on my feedback to the design team. There was no offer of an exchange, return of $ spent (on items I would not buy if I knew of these issues) or credit for future purchases. I was very disappointed in the response and have since cancelled my subscription.

I really love the pieces that I bought from Atolea. I wear them every day and never take them off. My necklaces live in the sun and salt water with me and remain sparkly and golden. The only item that lost some of its gold Atolea replaced for me immediately free of charge and I was so grateful for that and the incredible customer service I received from Ralph.
Atolea creates beautiful, timeless pieces that have become part of my soul 💛✨️
