They sold me shoes that broke after a few weeks of normal wear.
The leather started to separate from the sole and they refuse to repair the damage, saying that it is my fault.
As someone who has been wearing leather shoes for more than a decade this has never happened to me before.
I would not buy here again.

Horrendous quality. Shoes were just thrown into a bag and shipped to me. The leather was dented and damaged. The shoes are unlined and the soles are unbendable. I have been wearing barefoot shoes for 3 years now and have never seen sewing and materials this poor.

The return process was extremely exasperating and frustrating and expensive. I had to spend $20 to ship the shoes back and then apparently they take five dollars off for handling. In addition, I had to send them multiple emails to get my refund. They held my money for weeks. I would never buy shoes from this company again. The shoes themselves were nice though they did not fit and slipped off my feet and I would’ve been willing to try other sizes except for the unacceptable and highly exasperating return process.

I absolutely adore these boots. The craftsmanship is superb and I was instantly happy with them. Sizing is spot on via measurements and they feel good to wear. I thoroughly recommend this company!

They take too long to issue refunds. No good!

We bought 2 pairs
One pair my wife's on the first wear, ripped.
I asked for a new shoe obviously defective. There answer was bring it to a cobbler to fix. Sorry we don't sell defective shoes. You must have done something. Big and fat. (My wife is 99 pounds)

Caution: do not buy from the unrepeatable company. Unless you like to fight.

So disappointed.
Then they continued to send me email how I am wrong. Defective is defective.

This company entices customers to use discount codes promoted on their site. However, if you use a discount code, your purchase will not be eligible for a refund. They have a return policy, which I read; however, it does not specifically reference using their discount codes. Not only was the company frustrating to interact with via email, but the shoes themselves were extremely uncomfortable---which is probably why they entice customers to use a discount code for which no refund is available.
