Scam
Scam - they promising money for referring friends, then don't make payout. Impudent and arrogant support. Find a better money-transfer company, than them.

I have invited my friends for refferal bonus. They made a transfer, but bonus was rejected because they didn't met requirements. What a shame for Atlantic money. Platform changed refferal terms whenever they want to attract more people and left inviters without bonus.

Poor transfer app - referral program lie
Poor transfer app , they have a reward program but when you referal someone they simply say to you they are not going to pay you the bonus just because they don’t want to.

The referral system is scam! It does not pay what it should and what it promises!
I signed up on the platform with a promise of $15 for a friend as a referral. I did everything the company asked, including reading all the terms to know all my duties. After having the registration done and all the steps, they are refusing to pay what they promised without any justification! For this reason they are doing false advertising, and deceiving all their future clients!

Scam
They have an affiliate and bonus program and they refuse to pay that bonus. I don't recommend using it.

They are advertising a 15€ referral program for each friend that sends money through their platform, but now I am waiting for more than 48 hours for their response and for the payment of my bonus.

Absolutely Professional Company
Absolutely professional company. I was looking to transfer a large amount of 400 000 EUR and all other currency transfer / wire companies were taking way higher fees compared to Atlantic Money. So I went with Atlantic Money and was able to transfer everything without problems while paying very small fees.
Per transfer they take a 3 EUR flat fee (first one is free) and I would say indirectly a very small percentage fee as their exchange rates get very close but not to the exact mid market rates that competitors offer. In my transfers this difference in exchange rates corresponded to a fee of about 0.005%, which is very little compared to the 0.4% fee that for example WISE takes.
Regular transfers are advertised to take 2 business days to convert, but take into account that banks can cause delays (especially with higher amounts). While most transfers took 2-3 days, one transfer took 4 business days to arrive after the day on which I made the transfer.
They do not offer customer service via phone but the chat was very professional and quick to answer all of my questions. Checking of my documentation and adjusting my limits was done and approved on the same day I uploaded the documents.
I can only recommend this company, don't be discouraged that they are relatively new, they are absolutely professional.

Read about them in the news as they were all over the place. €3 offer sounded promising. However, the currency offers is a bit small and transfer speed slow. Haven’t tried the express transfer yet though.

BEWARE ! Do own due dilligence/research before giving these people your personal information !

1. Threatening language??? What are you, some delicate orchid? The only actual "threatening language" I sent you was my promise (still standing) to report you to the EU and UK authorities if you do not answer my questions, including pointing me to the exact paragraph(s) in the EU and UK legislation which requires you to ask customers for 3 months of OUR PERSONAL FULL bank statements (which would pretty much include ALL our financial life/expenditures) + Payslips or Employment Contract (which will include our personal national I.D. numbers) + "our annual salary" - all of which to be sent to you via UNSECURED EMAIL ! Imagine all the info that can be collected from this documents !!!??? I am giving you, A.M., another opportunity to respond here to ALL your customers and potential customers by listing the EU and UK legislation paragraphs which requires AND authorizes you to ask private customers for ALL this info. If you do not list it here, I am even more convinced you are fraudsters in the business of collecting private financial info from the wealthiest of your customers (A.M. only requested this info when I tried to make a larger transfer after a coupe of smaller "test run" transfers) because there is no way you will become profitable (let alone pay back all the borrowed money) on $3 per transaction. I dare you to prove me wrong. Also, to all reading, please notice how nobody from A.M. will ever sign their names !? Again, what are they hiding?
As I said, I will personally contact the UK and EU authorities to ask them if what A.M. is doing is legal. Meanwhile, I strongly advise anyone to think very well before sending these people any of their private financial info that can be later used for nefarious purposes with potential catastrophic financial consequences.
I also want to thank Trustpilot for all the work they do because they can truly save their readers a lot of headaches, money and worse !
I guarantee and can back it up that my review is 100% true and accurate.
I did a couple of transfers with them without issues. Then, during my third transfer attempt, I was automatically asked for extremely detailed, intrusive, personal financial information which could be easily used by even the most inexperienced crooks to steal money from us. Honestly, I was beyond offended by it because I have transferred money before across continents, using different services, different currencies, much larger amounts - and never have I been asked such detailed and intrusive questions ! On top of it, they are asking us/customers to send them this highly, EXTREMELY sensitive personal/financial info VIA UNSECURED EMAIL !?!?! Of course I refused to give them the info they requested and emailed them asking them why are they asking for ALL this info , including sending it via unsecured email. They answered pretty generically, including "Atlantic Money is a regulated financial institution in both the EU and the UK and, therefore, legally required to ask for documentation regarding the source of funds" but never sent me the paragraph in which The EU and UK is asking them for ALL the extremely detailed and personal financial info they asked me for. I am sure the reason is because the EU and UK does NOT ask for all this info ! Not even the IRS has ever asked me for complete bank statements ! (just one example) To make it even more suspicious, they never sign their messages with their names. They also inactivated my account, but without closing it (I guess they want to keep the financial data they already have on me). Next, I will look up and contact the EU and UK regulating authorities to ask them if A.M. is indeed authorized and if what they are asking customers for is indeed legal. Think trice before giving these people your data ! Could it be that data gathering is their actual business? This would explain their $3 fee (too good to be true?). I would encourage you to research the two "entrepreneurs" who started the business and who seem to never have actually built a successful, profitable business before. They might be legit, but personally, I will never give them ALL the info they requested (via unsecured email, too!) because saving a few $ today could turn into losing MUCH more in the future. Beware !

Best Currency Transfer experience so far
I came across Atlantic money by search for an alternative to (Transfer) Wise, as their fees became much higher compared to when I first started using them.
My first attempt to use the Atlantic app worked seamlessly and the step by step guide made it super easy to follow the status and what's next.
The money arrived without any problems - great experience and great value! Atlantic is my new go-to solution for regular currency transfers.
