Does anyone have a number to get in touch with these scammers!? I'm about to contact a lawyer if they don't cancel this subscription and give me my money back!

Had 4 months auto charge; tried calling ph # numerous times and got “unavailable”—had to report it as FRAUD and get a new credit card from my bank

Athpay.net is part of a scam
Athpay.net is the merchant depositor for iq-score.org and brainable.com. I, too, got caught in the $1.99 for services rendered and then billed $39.95 twice so far in November. All related websites for iq-socr.org and brainable.com do not function when cancelling services, or contacting support.
It's a SCAM
It's a SCAM. They will trick you into signing up for a monthly charge by hiding it on the web page!! They say it will be free for 30 days. It won't, They will charge you. I caught them in their lies and forced then to refund over $300 !! Contact your credit card company and demand a refund!!
A total scam !!
A total scam !!! What i’d like to know is why are they not being prosecuted for what amounts to theft on a large scale. This HAS to be illegal. Why are they allowed to continue? Btw the support email mentioned in several posts must have been taken down so I will contact my credit card company. Wouldn’t it be great if there was a blacklist of these companies? At least give them the hassle of having to change their name!
SCAM... connected to Brainable (IQ Tests)
They charge you $1.99 for an IQ test and then you are unknowingly subscribed to monthly payments of $27.88 that go on forever until you catch them. Mine went on for 7 months before I noticed. I haven't been able to get all my money back. They say their system wont let them.
I went to Brainable and found this at the bottom of their website:
Copyright ©2021 Brainable DBA ATHPAY.NET.
So, I think they are the same company, and Brainable and the IQ tests is their front to lure people into the $27.88 monthly payments without them knowing.

Just like everyone else on here, 1.99 for an iq test became 5 months of 27.99... Incredibly dishonest. Also the account lookup on athpay.net doesn't actually seem to work. Boy I'd sure love to make a simple app that just charges people money... and nothing else. How wonderfully clever.
!!!Scam!!!🤬
Unscrupulous company
Unscrupulous company. I got reeled in the same way.
ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS!
💯 negative.
If you’ve used Brainable -ets contact them and let them know what athpaynet.net is doing to SCAM customers.
They might be quite content to steal our hard earned money.
Perhaps it’s part of their IQ test to see how long they can scam us?
FUCKTHESE GUYS! Wish I could teleport to NYC and knock them all out.
Just realized I’ve been getting scammed by these guys for 4 days. They’ve tried to draw $27.88 from my account once every day. Glad I realized sooner than some of these other people. Probably just going to cancel this card and get a new one so they can’t charge me anymore. Luckily I’ve been broke and haven’t had money in my account, so it hasn’t actually gone through. For those of you who bank with America First Credit Union, I would highly recommend downloading “CARD GUARD”. It notifies you of any transactions/charges to your account and allows you to disable your card whenever you want. I’ve been using it for over a year and I absolutely love it. Do not give this business your money!!
S.C.A.M!
basically, my story is the same as those below.
$1.99 paid thru paypal, thought that was pretty safe for a stupid IQ test.
Indeed it shoud have been the end of it, but without noticing, since i use paypal for nearly all online purchases, seeing Paypal charges on my Ccard account is not much of a redflag. billed $27.88 for 4 months before I noticed. Working with paypal to try to resolve, and added this URL to my dispute claim with them so they can see the scamming commentary. We will see how it progresses. I'm sure I won't be the last to make this silly mistake.
Scam..
Scam..
Charge$1.99 should be the end of it...
Then they start taking 27.88 without being authorized.
Don't trust it at all. Wish I could give negative stars.
Contacted them about a Brainable…
Contacted them about a Brainable subscription. They couldn't "find an account with that name." After trying for more than ten minutes, I decided I'll just block their payments on PayPal after the representative claimed the "system is down". Thank you for being a dogsh*t service with awful customer support.
Jerks have been billing me for three…
Jerks have been billing me for three months. I left a voicemail the last two months and never received a callback, their recording said that they were short staffed due to covid, BS excuse.
I tried to get a refund on their website, and it didn't recognize my email address.
I finally got a live person today after being placed on hold for 30 minutes. Mark assured me that it is cancelled and said that they would credit back the most recent charge, which means that they still stole $56 from me.
Let's see if they really stop charging me, and if I get the credit. I will be happy just to see no further charges from these scammers.
