ADT DENYING INSTALLATION OF SECURITYCAMERAS TODAY AS SCHEDULED BECAUSE THEIR INSTALLER SAID HIS MOUTH WSS DRY AND THOUGHT I MIGHT HAVE A GAS LEAK. I TOLF HIM WHEN HE WALKED INTO MY HOUSE MY MOUTH TURNED IMMEDIATELY DRY. HE WAS HERE 20 MINUTES OR MORE WHEN HE SAID HIS MOUTH WAS DRY AND SAID THOUGHT THERE WAS A GAS LEAK. HE WENT TO HIS TRUCK AND RETURNED HE WAS LEAVING. IHAD O LY GAS STOVE AND TURNED ON BURNERS AND TWO BURNERS LIT NORMDALLY. I GET DRY MOUTH WHEN SOME STRANFERS CONE TO KY HOME, HIGH ANXIETY. I ASKED FOR HIS NAME AND HE REFUSED TO SAY IT AND SAID GOING TO TRUCK TO GET A BUSINESS CARD. I WALKED OUT TO GET IT AND WAS FEW FEET TOWARD HIM WHEN HE STARTED HIS TRUCK AND BACKED OUT OF MY DRIVE AND DROVE DOWN THE ROAD.
HIS NUMBERS FROM CALLS ON LIG OF RECENT CALLS (3) GONE FROM PHONE. ADT said I had to have fire department check hone for a gas leak. Asked for email from them require my home be check for gas leak. They refused after many calls dropping and told management calling me in 24-48 hrs, then told 48 hrs.
They denying install today and refuse email. I stall if camera delayed at least that long when safety big issue. I need cameras as ongoign theft and home invasions. My safety is at risk. Bring drugged in liquids and have someone in my room at night. Have prolapsed bladder.
Being drugged, been padlovk UK nf refrigerstor and storage of nonparishables with 2 padlocks. Denying me email. Told cops at at their staff meeting to deny me report on stolen engine. Three thieves next door have hx stealing cars. Engine valuable, under 49K miles on 2005 Saab 9-5 car. They put old engine in my car abs gate has replaced padlock I cannot open. Police and FD refuses to cut off.
Becauae of ghese and more fa tors ADT refusing contract to install cameras scheduled for today. Made several calls that got dropped and put instalation security cameras. Was denied talk to management.

Total scam. My story is the same as everyone else here.

A completely disgusting organization with no regard for anyone who supports them making a living off of flagrant scams by way of getting people to sign up for $2 purchases and then charging them $40 a month for absolutely nothing.

I took the Brainable IQ test for what appeared to be a couple of dollars, but then started received a $27.89 CAD invoice on my visa account. The easiest thing to do would seem to be to show a page or two of this commentary to your Credit Card provider, and ask them to give you a new card. RBC Canada didn't hesitate to do so. After all this I have to wonder how much confidence we should have in our IQ score?

Same as everyone else.......I signed up for for a one time play at $1.99. No where did it say I was going to be charged $27.88 a month after that, until I got a welcome letter. I read the fine print, not normally something I do, found out I have to cancel within a week. I tried cancelling on both 'brainable' and 'athpay' and every time a message came up that an error had occurred. They won't let me cancel !!! Thankfully I had used Paypal, I went there and cancelled. The scammers didn't get me this time.

Give me my money back. I approved a small one time charge. They have since billed me monthly for almost $30. When I called them, they said they couldn't find my7 account and told me to call back.
This month another charge appeared on my statement.

Like everyone else, I paid $1.99 for Brainable and was not aware they were going to start charging me $27.88 a month for something I did not ask for. Unfortunately, I did not notice it for about a year (maybe more!) and they happily took my money without even one notification that they were going to.

Terrible terrible company ! I have sent 11 emails and talked to someone on the phone three times claiming an escalation was being sent and have received no call back . My card has been charged for an account I don’t even have since October . They will not resolved the issue with refunding me and taking my card off of someone else’s account . Please stay clear of this company . I have tried to call corporate and there is literally no one in the office to take calls . I just want my money back and my card off the site and no one seems to care whatsoever. The fact that supervisors will not return calls just further confirms their incompetency and poor professionalism .

I Give them one star because of their deception. They do not make it clear ANYWHERE that they plan to take a monthly payment. They were quick to say they have refunded the money that they took from me. We shall see. I simply emailed them and demanded they refund my money. They responded very quickly and asked for my information. I provided it and they said they refunded it.

And if I could give a negative star i would! There's a form to fill out so they can look up your purchases unordered to cancel the subscription but every time I fill it out and hit submit the only thing that happens is it resets the form as a blank form. All my info I just put on it is gone! No notification or acknowledgement of any kind that they received the form

Athpay has no record of me signing up, nor do I, yet they are still charging me monthly and can't find my account to cancel. So I reported it as fraud and am getting a new card. Not sure how it ever started but feels scammy.

If you want to waste up to 20 minutes of your life like I wasted about 16 buy doing their IQ test where they never first told me there would be a charge however nominal then visit this site and go waste your time. From my outlook if they cannot be upfront in the first place why would I ever trust them to give any payment for any amount at all. They are obviously not to be trusted. Be honest upfront or go out of business. They say they have to charge because there is a cost to make up these tests, which I suspect everyone gets the same test. Regardless, do not give your payment information to a deceptive company like these guys. Tell your friends to avoid them. You have to give your email address which they now have then they ask for money. I'll go block them now. Oh, and if you want to take an IQ test for fun I suspect there are many completely free ones out there. Crooks should go to jail.

Total scam merchants , these baw bags should be in jail , at the very least PayPal should not be allowing them to run there scam through their service .

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO. I had to cancel my bank card cuz they kept trying to charge it. Even after I asked them not to cuz THIS IS A SCAM I PROMISE YOU! It’s not worth over $30. It’s not worth the $2 you pay initially

I have had the same problem as everyone. I called my bank and for free have stopped the payments. Their form is bogus to access their account. If anyone has information such as an address or phone number please let me know.
