I purchased a pair of endless high rise pants-109.00.
The colour was so attractive! It ends there. The fabric wrinkles badly and next to impossible to iron out. Fabric is so light weight it is almost see through. The style is great but to what end when they look so wrinkled.
Stay away terrible company
I would give them a minus 10 for customer service! I have never dealt with such an unethical company! My order came today missing a pair of $91 pants . I had ordered 3 items 2 pairs of pants and a skirt. One pair of $91 pants were missing. My tracking form said 3 pairs were delivered but only 2 items. in package . I called the company immediately and was told an investigation would be conducted and I would get a resolution with in 72hours… well email came that my claim was denied!! I then called back customer service and got a sympathetic operator who gave me a dispute number to call. She then said better to dispute with your bank! 🏦 stay away!
Never shipped...
It's been two weeks more since I ordered and it still hasn't shipped. I requested refund, but Athleta says they couldn't because it shipped already. UPS Tracking is error and my shipping status is still "Awaiting Carrier Pickup" on the Athleta site. I feel like I've been scammed...I will never shop at Athleta again and would like my money back as I do not need the product.
A Deeply Disappointing Experience with Missing Items
I am a long-term, loyal customer of Athleta, having shopped with the company for more than seven years. I usually do not write bad reviews but this time would like to share a deeply disappointing recent experience particularly for international customers who use a freight forwarding service.
My most recent order arrived with 3 items completely missing from the package! I immediately contacted customer service to report the issue, was redirected to submit the claim. While submitting the claim I wasn't asked to provide any proof. My claim was denied almost instantly, with no explanation provided.
The customer service agent then suggested that I dispute the charge with my bank or the freight company. This is unacceptable! The package arrived with the original Athleta seal intact, and the shipping label clearly stated a weight of 0.2 kg. It is physically impossible for 4 items - including a bag - to weigh so little. The mistake was clearly made by Athleta during the fulfillment process.
To have a simple, verifiable claim denied so quickly and to be brushed off in this manner is a terrible way to treat a customer. This experience has completely eroded my trust and loyalty.
I do not understand what happened to Athleta... A few years back I had missing items experience, I sent a proof with photo evidence, and the situation was resolved really fast. I even was encouraged to buy more and recommended their products to friends and colleagues... If their current goal is to chase away long-term loyal customers, they are definitely succeeding

Package never delivered, appalling service!
My package never got delivered and when I spoke to customer service, no resolution was offered. Instead, I'm expecting to fight with UPS to file a claim? Athleta successfully delivered the first package a few days before so my address is fine, clearly a problem between the sender and the courier. Incredibly poor service and I will not be ordering again!!!

They hold you accountable to an order that you never received and refuse to issue you any refunds and make you wait at least 3 weeks and you still haven't received your order. I will never purchase another item form this lousy store. Do yourself a favor and go to Lulumon much better experience and customer service
What an idiotic waste of time
What an idiotic waste of time. I like Athleta and have bought in store. I was looking for 'women's cotton underwear' and searched accordingly. I was having trouble locating anything and contacted their chat function.
After a long wait, I was given a link -- to nylon spandex. And they were sold out, except for one size. Athleta would be better off not to offer any 'Customer Care' at all.
Ok quality but shipping an issue
Apparel good quality but not all consistently great. Sizing varies - as well quality.
Customer service and shipping a problem. Site promises 3-5 business day delivery but I have never received items in 5 business days… always longer. Customer service offers many promises but none actually are based in reality. I am blocking the website and will not order their overpriced merchandise again.
Stealing money
I ordered 3 tops, was only sent 2. I immediately contacted Althea & was told to submit a "claim". Less than 24hrs later my claim was denied with zero explanation. I chatted and was told again there's zero explanation for my claim being denied. What's even better is, they refused to refund my money and also refused to send out the item THEY DIDN'T SHIP ME! The quality of their clothing is also atrocious, you can find better quality on Amazon.

Cancelled items in the last 3 orders
I have placed 3 orders where items from each order have just been cancelled. No explanation, showed as in stock when I ordered. I know, why would I do this 3 times?! Two of the orders were around a year ago and I wondered if it was a temporary problem. Well, no is the answer to that. Ordered again recently and half of the items cancelled angain and I’m told I will be refunded.. not good enough. What kind of company takes money for items they clearly don’t have in stock, take several days to inform me, cancel and I’m
sure several more days to refund. Never again.

Athleta as a company has horrendous…
Athleta as a company has horrendous customer service! I was returning a pair of leggings that were sent to me damaged , and I was mailing back with UPS. This is what they say on the return confirmation:
Your refund will be issued immediately upon drop off. If you opted into an exchange or eMerchandise Return Card, we will send those to you immediately.
And this is what they told me via the chat:
It can take up to 10 days and the return may not be approved!!! Very rude on the chat line.
One is a lie ????? Also, was told I would get a call back and that never came. If I knew it would be so difficult I would have returned them at the store!
Athena is the only brand of clothing…
Athena is the only brand of clothing that fits my body type. the only store that would provide exemplary service was Orlando Mall of Millena and they closed it. they always took the time even when busy to help me suggesting things I might not consider going out of their way to order stuff online or try to get from another store.
I have been to PGA in Jupiter and the Lenox Store in Atlanta and the customer experience is horrible, I was in Lenox and the gentlemen knows me and I asked for assistance and he barely assisted me and then shoved me into a dressing room to go back onto the floor and do nothing, When I said to him I did not like a product in a color he never offered to order it in another color he never checked on me . this is the second or third time I have had problems. I have called the store leadership team from the store or outside the store crying in frustration and I have had abrasive customer service people tell "What do want me to do about it gruffly I left I have autism and I cannot tell if things fit or how to coordinate outfits. At pga they never have a smile on their faces etc. I called and got the store leadership team and they are rude and blamed me for everything and do not understand the needs of someone who is disabled. the district manager has declined to make any changes to the stores and I spoke the acting regional manager she blew me off. I spent a good amount of money 2500 a year at Athena and I have filed numerous complaints and I found out none of the complaints were never passed on and dealt with . I also found through another store that they have received numerous complaints about Lenox .
the district manager indicated that nothing will changed did seem empathetic to my concerns. The acting regional manager was belittling me and I felt co erred and cannot trust her I live in Orlando the nearest store now is 1.5 hours away and sometimes I go to s. Florida Jupiter store is 45 minutes away and boca is over an hour. I cannot order clothes online due to my disability
I am frustrated beyond belief and each time I call I am met with hostility and amensia. And begging them to help me but they refuse to assist me and according to them I am not a valued customer and they do not recognize nor accommodate customers with disabilities who requires the hands on approach
Unreceived Package....no resolution
I purchased items prior in November for Christmas presents. All came but one item. The tracking number continuously stated delayed - in process. I called in December to check the status and was told not to worry. It is the holidays and it will arrive. On Feb 27 the UPS tracking number was updated to "exception" When I call Athleta to help me resolve this package they state I must work with the credit card bank. One item of 5 was not delivered so the individual charge is not see itemized on the credit card bill. Of course I disputed but I will have to pay interest on this purchase never received and the claim is still pending review as if I will get a return at all! Horrible customer service! I will cancel my store CC immediately and never shop at a Gap Inc store again!

If I could give zero stars I would. I received a completely different item than what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they really wanted me to return the wrong item, re-order the item i originally purchased, contact them with the order number so they can adjust the price and shipping. That is SO much work when it’s THEIR screw up. I won’t be ordering from them again. Anytime this happened with other companies they apologize and send the correct item right away without making you do all the work for their mistake. Bye

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered four items, but only three were delivered. I took photos immediately upon opening the package, which clearly showed that one item was missing. I followed their process and submitted my claim through the link they provided, but within minutes, I received a rejection email with no explanation. When I called customer service, they were unhelpful and told me to dispute the issue with my bank. I questioned why they were shifting responsibility to my bank, which has nothing to do with their mistake, but the representative said there was nothing they could do. This is completely unacceptable. If you value your money and a fair resolution process, avoid shopping with Athleta. I will never purchase from them again and will actively discourage others from supporting their unethical practices.
I’m going to cancel my credit card
I’m going to cancel my credit card. I never shop there again. I placed the order the night of and realized I ordered the wrong color. I immediately called them and they said they will take care of it and then they will give me a label to return that item and re-order the color that I wanted because I made a mistake now they sent be Item back and say that it is not refundable. Don’t believe what they tell you . Now I am stuck with 2 item .
