My experience with Ateliers Auguste has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I visited their elegant boutique in Paris, I was captivated by the understated beauty of their designs — refined, timeless, and authentically French.

After purchasing a handbag, I later encountered a small issue with the buckle. What impressed me most was not just the quality of the product, but the way the brand handled the situation. Laurent and his team responded with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care — qualities that are rare to find in today’s retail world.

Their transparency and dedication to customer satisfaction turned what could have been a disappointment into a demonstration of true integrity. This experience has only deepened my respect for Ateliers Auguste as a brand that values both its craft and its clients.

The leather craftsmanship remains superb — elegant textures, beautiful structure, and thoughtful detailing. I purchased the Mini Monceau in black box leather. It’s a stunning and beautifully crafted bag, but I did experience some issues with quality control. The first bag I received had a faulty clasp that wasn’t centered, so I requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the second bag arrived with a small scratch on the clasp. Ateliers August offered me a 10% discount as compensation, which I accepted, and I decided to keep the bag.

Despite these inconveniences, I have to say their customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. I truly love the bag itself - it’s well-made, and so chic. However, given these quality issues, I’m uncertain at this point whether I will purchase again from the brand.

It is however a little difficult to close the bag, when I'm wearing it. I sometimes struggle to fint the lock, but hopefully I will get used to it.

I recently purchased the Monceau bag in the red lizard. The bag itself is beautiful, practical and classic... just what I was looking for. The quality is perfect, lovely stitching, beautiful, resistant leather, and a fuss-free interior. I did have to contact customer service for an unrelated issue and they couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. The bag was delivered to me in the UK within a few short days and it was safely packaged in a sturdy box, the bag was intact within. Overall, a very pleasant purchase experience and a beautiful bag for my every day needs. Highly recommend.

Here's what impressed me:

1. Quick shipping. I had the bag in days, despite it being shipped from France. (It beat some deliveries coming my way from inside the U.S.)

2. The quality of the (Marley) bag was exceptional.

3. The beauty of the bag was equally impressive. This is a bag designed to impress.

4. When it was clear that the top handle was shorter than listed on the site, the CEO himself responded to my email and offered a free return and full refund.

This was my first time buying a bag from overseas. The shipping was super fast, and the packaging was really neat and careful. I was so happy the moment I got the bag — totally worth it! This is my third bag from this company in three years, and every one is beautiful. Quality leather in delicious colours and with surfaces I love to look at and touch! Stunning pieces that dont overpower an outfit but subtly complement it. Perfect sizes to fit all my essentials, too.Last but not least they come in cleverly designed carton packages without further waste from packaging. Did I mention that I loved the experience???

The bag is even more beautiful in person than in the photo! It arrived quickly and was nicely packaged.

I had a great experience going to the Atelier. The seller was very friendly and she suggested me to put the things I carry on my bag to be sure it fits. I bought the mini Marly in blue and started to wear it straightaway! It won't be my last purchase for sure!!
